Ever since playing Son of Superman Simulator, Icarus's headaches and backaches vanished, he was glowing with health, and even his mental illness got better. One moment, he would be eating breakfast; the next, he would be stuffing a report into his mouth, while Lord Superman, in his white cape, sat at the head of the table and stared at him in confusion. “Lord Batman, do you need help?” One moment, he would be fighting crime in the dark of night; the next, he would be wrapped in purple data cables, punching Superman in his steel armor. The other man clutched his face and stared at him in disbelief. And sometimes he would close his eyes and fall asleep, only to appear in the middle of a fight moments later, with red-caped Superman beating the tar out of his adopted child. As luck would have it, he had a kryptonite spear in hand. Fueled by his morning grumpiness, the Dark Knight, still fuming, charged in without a word and pinned the other man down for a beating. Finally, after so many trips between scenarios, one day the Dark Knight accidentally let something slip while chatting with his adopted son: “Icarus, I redesigned that white suit of yours...” Wait. Batman looked at his five-year-old adopted son and fell silent. Icarus, who had never worn a white suit in this new scenario: “...” #Wait! Wait! Bruce, what do you mean by a white suit?!# #How the hell do you remember the previous scenarios too?!# #This simulator's bugged!!!# And when faced with Batman, who seemed to know a whole lot about the plot... Icarus one moment: I'm going to turn evil and take out Superman first. The next: The Kryptonian in our world has gone missing, but he isn't dead or evil. Bruce, calm down. Let's just keep an eye on things for now! 1. The protagonist is completely unhinged. Think a mashup of Injustice Superman and Tyrant Superman, mostly magical beatdowns (). 2. A silly, crackfic-style story with lots of out-of-character behavior and a chaotic timeline. The author wrote this for their own enjoyment ;-) 3. The author is a huge Superman and Batman fan.
