[Western Crossover] How Many Steps Does It Take to Build a Brotherhood in Gotham?

How many steps does it take to establish a Brotherhood in Gotham? [Sequence 1: Arrival in Gotham] “I have never believed that killing is justice, but I do believe that evil should be punished.” The assassin tilted his head. “I accepted the young lady’s payment, so I should send my target to hell.” Because of a handwoven flower crown, Aquila traveled alone from Florence to Gotham, where the Brotherhood was at its weakest, to ring the death knell for his target. But why hadn’t the North American Brotherhood told him there was another independent assassin here who called himself Ezio Auditore, Mentor of the Assassins? Surely this wasn’t just some guy who’d played too much Assassin’s Creed and was cosplaying? [Sequence 2: Evading the Vigilantes] Seeing Robin blocking his way, Aquila silently took a step back, only to bump right into the dark figure behind him. Aquila: ...If I say I’m just passing through, will you believe me? Clearly, the dark figure, who had just watched him send a senator to his eternal rest, did not. And neither did Ezio, who had arrived too late to claim the kill. What are you waiting for? Let the race begin! [Sequence 3: The Ancestor Arrives] Aquila brought the wounded Assassin back to the safehouse. While bandaging him, he casually uploaded a DNA sample to the Animus. He stared at the DNA on the screen, which showed a 100% match with the ancestor. In every sense of the phrase, this was a ghost come back to haunt him... The ancestor himself, however, said: “Forget all that for now. There are traces of an artifact of Eden here.” [Sequence 4: An Unexpected Turn] To find the artifact of Eden, Aquila decided to stay in North America, settling into a wonderful routine of giving the Templars a friendly beating every few days. At a dinner event in New York one evening... Aquila was disguised as an utterly ordinary waiter. But as he approached his target, something unexpected happened. The rich Wayne bumped into him, drink in hand, soaking both their suits. The hacker Aiden, passing by: So you’re gay, bro? The rich Stark, passing by: Since when did Wayne change his type? The army doctor Watson, passing by: Is this some real-life version of The CEO Falls in Love with Me? [Sequence 5: No Trespassing] Late at night, the Assassin sauntered into Wayne’s bedroom. Wayne, rich, helpless, and utterly vulnerable: What are you doing?! Aquila: I came to see the subject of the rumor that’s ruining my reputation, and while I’m at it, make the rumor true. [Sequence ??: The Birth of a Hero] “I will not give up on anyone.” “Whether they are my friend, my brother, my mentor, or my lover.” “No one will have to die here today.” Tips: 1. Pairing: Batman; 2. Ancient Assassins will transmigrate to the modern era one by one. Secondary pairings: Ezio x Altaïr, AlexDes; 3. Many details about the times, places, and events in the modern Assassin’s Creed storyline have been changed. I have a personal preference for the modern Assassins and Batman. Please do not post comments about breaking up or reversing pairings, inserting yourself as a dream girl, disparaging positive characters from the original work, or promoting made-up words. I will delete them 😭; 4. Thanks to the artist who made the cover and character cards, @DrawUntilMyHeartHurtsAndIThinkItIsLove; 5. It would be the greatest encouragement to me if anyone became interested in Assassin’s Creed after reading this story!!! Theme: NOTHING IS TRUE, EVERYTHING IS PERMITTED.
