[Western Crossover] Containment Association Simulator

The Containment Association, a globally popular open-world horror survival and building game. After grinding away for ages, Xivir had worked his character up from a temp employee forbidden to sneak snacks from the regular staff's stash to the position of Association Director. Then, in a sudden twist of fate, he transmigrated. The good news: his character's game-panel skills were still there. He was still the Director, and the Association's number one. The bad news: his inventory was completely empty, the contained anomalies had vanished, and he was the Association's only member. The System diligently investigated the details of this world and activated a high-level mission befitting Xivir's position as Director. It even thoughtfully offered him several options: [Dear Director, no doubt you can hardly wait to bring the Association's mission to your new world: A. Contain Superman; B. Contain the Bat; C. Contain the entire world!] Xivir Fiso looked at the Association's cleared-out ruins in his inventory: a single 1x1 foundation block. There was a desperate, almost delirious beauty to it. What was he supposed to contain with nothing to his name?! To accomplish his great goal, Xivir had no choice but to try recruiting a few new employees. They were decent people who worked hard, and Xivir was very pleased with them. "...What did you just say?" The Justice League members looked at him with complicated expressions.
