I Picked Up a Puppet [Genshin Impact]

[Next up: When Oda Sakunosuke Transmigrates into the Fatui Doctor [Genshin Impact]] [Completed in late March 2023, during Version 3.5. As long as I finish fast enough, the plot twist can't stab me in the back.] I found a doll. He had peerless beauty, a tragic past, and practically no common sense. After we'd spent some time together, he asked me to promise that I would never betray him or leave him. I agreed. There were two reasons. First, I liked him. Second, because I'm just a lonely, fragile little dragon who can't be worn down by time!! Dolls wear down and break, but dragons don't. “Forever” can never come true, so the very premise behind that promise doesn't exist. So when he stood before me again, looking at me with eyes full of obsessive possessiveness and hatred, I trembled and curled into a ball. The dragon feels wronged. What did the dragon do this time?! . Later, I accidentally got flung into another world. I found another child, wrapped all over in bandages, and a red-haired child who glowed red and could fly. With a snap of my fingers, I could summon heavenly lightning to strike down the enemies and monsters chasing us. Then the little brat in bandages would chase after me, asking why I never aged or grew up, and whether I'd stay with him. I hadn't done anything at all. I just grinned and showed him the ring on my left ring finger, telling him: One day, my doll will come for me. . My friends' stories: [Betrayed Scaramouche, Then He Came Knocking by Shenqi Sang. Zhongli pairing.] Things to know before reading: 1. This is a self-indulgent passion project, a medium-length story. It's not long, and I can't promise a regular update schedule. Actually, I don't even know what time I'll update each day. Anyway, updates will come. 2. The main story is told in third person. 3. The pairing is obvious: my beloved Scara. I personally feel Scaramouche isn't complete unless he goes through his eras as Kabukimono, Kunikuzushi, the Balladeer, and the Wanderer, so he will most likely go through them in this story. 4. A lot of the worldbuilding is my own, such as the protagonist being immune to wear and tear. 5. Scholars may pass away, but the Scara fandom lives forever. Tonight, we are all Haypasia!
