This is an IQ-lowering, OOC story. It is the author's first novel, and the writing is very amateurish. Give it a try only if you're okay with that. If you don't like it, feel free to close the page, but please don't insult the author.
Another completed story: "[Western Crossover] The Richest Sucker Is Actually My Dad?!" Clark pairing
Blurb:
A highly freeform superhero-themed game lets players choose to become superheroes or villains, meet their own companions, and form their own alliance.
Who could resist that?
Anyway, Xavier shamelessly fell for it!
After logging into the game and agonizing over his choice, he decided to become a Wayne.
Then he started:
Bothering the God of Man
Touching Batman's chest
Making lewd comments about Dick's cute butt
Blowing up Jason's motorcycle
Stealing Tim's coffee
Getting into a passionate fight with Damian...
Of course, thanks to his excellent disguise...
The God of Man: You're such a good kid.
Baby Bruce: Do you want a hug, sweetheart?
The eldest son: Honestly, you're the cutest of my brothers.
Jason: Hey, kid, want to go for a ride?
The third son: Want a taste of my coffee?
Damian: As my brother, you're too weak, but I'll protect you.
But his peaceful daily life was shattered by some bad news. One day, he read the paper and found out that his dad wasn't the richest man after all?
Who could possibly be richer than Wayne Half-the-City? While wondering if his family might go bankrupt, Xavier couldn't help missing his decadent days adrift in a sea of money.
Wait, the richest person is Tony, so everything's fine.
?
So this game is a Western Crossover!
Note:
The author's writing is very amateurish, and the characters may be OOC to varying degrees!!! Lego-level character-bashing.
A lighthearted comedy (probably). The protagonist seems like a little angel on the outside, but he's actually quite lewd on the inside. Also, the protagonist isn't an ordinary player.
There will be a little angst (in Chapters 24 and 25).
The pairing is with Spider-Man (but he appears very late, around Chapter 30).
The first 30 chapters focus on the Batfamily's familial bonds. After that, it will probably be about becoming friends with Peter.
The top/bottom labels are unclear because I originally tried writing this in second person (it has since been changed to third person). It won't affect your reading, since nothing below the neck happens at any point.
Coming soon: "The Black-Hearted Doctor's Retirement Life in Gotham"
Blurb:
Lin Wen is a kind and gentle doctor, dedicated to saving lives and earning an excellent reputation in his field. After successfully clearing (and wrecking) a horror game scenario and being told he could retire, he decides to take his little clinic on vacation to another world.
A certain vampire who nearly had his teeth forcibly pulled: Kind and gentle, my ass.
A certain succubus who nearly got so frightened by an aphrodisiac that he became impotent for life: Gentle, my ass.
Several dark creatures who were nearly tricked into having their kidneys harvested all chime in: Your ass!
Lin Wen: If you're dissatisfied with my service, you can complain to me in person, dear. Don't go talking behind my back.
As for whether you'll still be alive after making your complaint, that's not something I can guarantee. (Flashes scalpel.jpg)
After weighing the options, the System recommends a great place: a beautiful, loving city with simple folk and a wide variety of species.
Gotham.
They say that in Gotham, getting scammed and scamming others are part of everyday life. You can carry a gun wherever you go, robbery is permitted, murder isn't illegal, and you can even run into all kinds of strange creatures after walking a few steps!
How perfect for an honest, upright doctor like him, who loves medical research and only wants to lend others a helping hand!
And so, to everyone's horror, a demon quietly appeared in Gotham.
Like a voracious wolf drawn to the scent of blood, he silently appears behind you when you're injured. With his inhuman eyes, he appraises your wound indifferently and calculates your worth without a hint of warmth. He buys and sells everything: a severed arm, cloudy eyeballs, a rotting set of entrails, or even the last heart you have left, still beating.
Once a deal is made, even if Death's scythe is at your throat, he can bring you back from the brink.
Meanwhile, Lin Wen has no idea that he has already stirred up a storm of bloodshed. Now that he's free from the restrictions of his original world, all he wants is to enjoy a quiet retirement and fulfill one of his dreams: find a suitable nonhuman pet in Gotham.
But when he tries to treat an injured bat he happened to find by the roadside, he discovers that the creature refuses to accept the blood he's offering.
Lin Wen: Drink! Why the hell won't you drink, you little wastrel? Picky, are you? Do you know how much my blood would fetch on the black market?
Furious, he decides to give up on raising this rebellious vampire bat and tries to lure other fantastical creatures instead.
Until he sadly discovers that in Gotham, bats aren't necessarily vampires in disguise, the Penguin isn't actually a penguin, and even the Scarecrow isn't a scarecrow spirit!
But Killer Croc really is a crocodile. His hide looks pretty nice. Wouldn't it make a great bag?
Damn this Gotham, playing with my feelings. I'm out of here!
Luckily, in Metropolis, he finally meets the perfect fantastical creature that meets all his requirements:
A being with the finest human disguise, beautiful and powerful, yet not human.
!
This would make such a perfect pet!
His love has returned!
Screw Gotham. I'm retiring in Metropolis next door. See ya!
Coming-soon story notes:
The male lead starts out maxed out and comes with a System. He loves stirring up trouble and enjoys watching the chaos. He's not a good person, and he does most things simply because he feels like it. His hobbies are making money and tormenting people. He may have a bit of a human-supremacist streak? His dream is to raise a fantastical creature? There may also be some sanity-lowering scenes?
Does he torment Batman (by shoving blood in his face)? Yes. Does he torment Superman (by trying to dissect him and keep him as a dog)? Yes. Does he torment Lex Luthor (by mocking his bald head and refusing to sell him hair-growth serum)? Yes.
Theme: Building harmonious relationships between brothers and fathers and sons.
Mary: "I have so much to do! Anyway, I got a promotion and a raise, so why don't you give me the money?"
