Another completed novel by the same author: "What's Wrong with a Wayne Wandering Everywhere?!"
Blurb:
Evan considers himself a legendary actor, blessed with incomparable talent and destined to become a superstar. Unfortunately, he has no money and no connections, so all that talent is wasted on a pretty face.
While once again trying to dodge the greasy advances of a sleazy investor, he meets the one and only Brucie Baby, who has come to him of his own accord. Evan carefully compares the stunningly handsome Bruce to the investor, whose face is so ugly you can barely tell him from an animal, and finally realizes that maybe he wasn't being aloof all those years.
He just has an extreme case of pretty-boy syndrome!
"May I ask what your relationship with Mr. Bruce is?"
When a reporter corners him on the street, the exceptionally handsome young man merely raises an eyebrow. "Well, I suppose Mr. Bruce has a discerning eye and knows how to spot a diamond in the rough."
Unexpectedly, Bruce himself doesn't deny it. For a while, everyone assumes Brucie Baby is "sponsoring" some newcomer, including Evan himself.
Riding on that reputation, he makes a name for himself in the film industry. To hell with being frustrated and overlooked, to hell with being an undiscovered genius. With capital backing him and his acting skills, he's an unbeatable combination!
He was born for the stage! As for those vile rumors? Who cares!
Then one day, some guy dressed all in black throws a genetic test report at him. What the hell, it turns out he really is Bruce's son!
Even more absurdly, he gradually realizes that his family members all seem to be obsessed with wearing skintight costumes!
Feeling betrayed, Evan throws himself into the arms of his own little reporter, crying as he sneaks in a grope. QAQ, my family is keeping secrets from me. At least I have you, Clark. You'd never lie to me, right?
Clark, aka the God Among Men, guiltily touches his nose and resolves to keep his secret identity under wraps.
But secrets always come out eventually. The day his secret identity is finally exposed, Clark sees his boyfriend's displeased expression and tries to explain. He never expects Evan's eyes to suddenly light up.
Evan: Could you wear the Superman suit this time?
Clark: ?!
Evan: I can wear cat ears! The black kind.
Clark: Well, I suppose that could work.
Warnings:
OOC alert! Crackfic alert! Pretty-face addicts everywhere! Logic may be questionable!
The protagonist is Bruce's biological son, really! He's already an adult when he appears, over 18. He has black hair and blue eyes, but takes after his mother, so he doesn't look much like Bruce.
Expect all kinds of secret identity jokes, tasteless humor, random ships, and a "cheating on myself" situation caused by secret identities. There may also be alternate versions of characters popping up. The main plot is a series of secret identity jokes and misunderstandings, plus the protagonist's acting career.
Finally, the protagonist is a bona fide drama queen in every sense of the word. He has some principles, but not many, and is a little obsessive and twisted in how he sees certain things.
The author may unleash some dark, angsty stuff in unexpected places.
Pairing: The little reporter, aka the God Among Men
Coming soon: The Black-Hearted Doctor's Retirement Routine in Gotham
Blurb:
Lin Wen is a kind and gentle doctor, dedicated to saving lives and enjoying an excellent reputation in the profession. After clearing, or rather breaking, every level of a horror game and being told he can retire, he decides to take his little clinic on vacation to another world.
A certain vampire who nearly had his teeth pulled by force: Kind and gentle, my ass.
A certain succubus who was nearly scared into lifelong impotence by a shot to suppress his libido: Gentle, my ass.
Several dark creatures, all of whom he'd coaxed and tricked until they nearly had their kidneys harvested, cry out in unison: Your ass!
Lin Wen: If you're unhappy with my service, you can complain to my face, sweetheart. Don't talk about me behind my back.
As for whether you'll still be alive after you complain, well, that's not something I can guarantee. (brandishes scalpel)
After weighing the options, the System recommends a fine place: a beautiful city with simple, honest people, diverse inhabitants, and plenty of love.
Gotham.
They say that in Gotham, getting conned and conning others is part of everyday life. You can carry a gun wherever you like, robbery is allowed, murder isn't illegal, and you can run into all sorts of amazing creatures just by walking a couple of blocks!
It's perfect for an honest, upright doctor like him, who loves medical research and only wants to lend others a helping hand!
Before long, the people of Gotham are horrified to discover that a demon has quietly appeared in their city.
Like a greedy wolf sniffing out blood, he silently appears behind you when you're injured. With inhuman eyes, he studies your wounds and coldly calculates your worth. He buys and sells everything: a severed arm, cloudy eyeballs, rotten entrails, or even your one remaining heart, still beating.
Once a deal is struck, even if Death's scythe is at your throat, he can still snatch your life back from the brink.
Meanwhile, Lin Wen has no idea he's stirred up a storm of blood and violence. Now that he's free of the restrictions of his original world, all he wants is to enjoy a quiet retirement and fulfill a dream while he's at it: find a suitable nonhuman pet in Gotham.
But when he tries to treat an injured bat he happened to find by the roadside, he discovers that the creature refuses to accept the blood he's offering.
Lin Wen: Drink! Why the hell won't you drink, you ungrateful brat? Are you picky? Do you know how much my blood would fetch on the black market?
Furious, he gives up on keeping this rebellious vampire bat and tries to lure some other fantastical creature instead.
It takes a while for him to realize, to his dismay, that in Gotham, bats aren't necessarily vampires in disguise, the Penguin isn't actually a penguin, and even the Scarecrow isn't a scarecrow come to life!
But Killer Croc really is a crocodile. His hide looks pretty good. It might make a nice bag?
Damn this Gotham, playing with my feelings! I'm out of here!
Luckily, in Metropolis, he finally meets the perfect fantastical creature, one who meets every requirement:
A being with the most convincing human disguise, beautiful and powerful, yet not human.
!
This is perfect pet material!
His love has returned!
Screw Gotham. I'm retiring in Metropolis next door. See you!
Reading notes for the upcoming novel:
The male lead is max-level from the start, comes with a System, loves stirring up trouble, and is a troublemaking spectator. He's not a good person. He does most things on a whim, loves making money and tormenting others, and may be a bit of a human-supremacist. His dream is to keep a fantastical creature as a pet. There may also be some sanity-draining scenes.
Does he torment Bats? (By shoving blood in his face.) Does he torment Superman? (By trying to dissect him and keep him as a dog.) Does he torment Luthor? (By mocking his bald head and refusing to sell him hair-growth products.)
Theme: If superheroes don't play with secret identity jokes, then nothing has any meaning
Goose goose, there is a strange beauty of amnesia hahahahahaha
As expected of you, you are really good at writing and have a lot of room for imagination.
How should I describe this article? It's me when I was shopping in masturbation.
To be honest, when I first saw the title, I thought it was Tim, but later I found out it was Alvin.
A good image, like seeing me who only wanted to find my CP at first, but ended up entering someone else's territory because of Wenhuang...
Ai listens to books as you make me whore, is it so exciting? At first glance, you make me whole... It's me who's dirty
Little Alvin is so cute. How did little Alvin meet Chaochao when he grew up? Is it love at first sight, and then after being discovered, Batman v Superman
Why is there no 101? I'm curious about what I wrote.
Suddenly I thought that Alvin would not return to Wayne's house. He didn't seem to know that Bruce was Batman.
Finished reading! I really like the silly side story!
