After finishing his experiment, Jiang Yi took off his gloves and went outside. The other man was still waiting at the door, his pale face wrapped in a scarf, his soft black hair falling neatly around it. He watched Jiang Yi quietly for a while, then came over and took his hand. “Are you done with class? I've been waiting for you so long.”

Their relationship had started quickly and sweetly. The reason it ended nearly drove him mad.

One day, the younger guy wanted to celebrate Chi Xiwen's birthday and was agonizing over what to give him and which restaurant to book. “Should I have 999 roses flown in from France? Italian food for dinner?”

His older brother was reading the newspaper nearby. Without looking up, he said flatly, “He's allergic to pollen. He likes Cantonese food. Buy him Lego.”

1. The gong is the ex, and they rekindle their relationship.

2. The shou and the younger guy are more like dining buddies. No one gets hurt in the breakup (that's the plan, anyway).

3. A hard-to-pursue bking gong finally gets his comeuppance in this story.
