Long Summer Days

A short novel, planned to be around 120,000 to 150,000 words. Its style will be like Little Ancestor and Third Movement, and it won't be purely sweet. Jinling will start once this is finished.

A Sightseeing Trip to Dongshan Island

[Younger man!]

To pursue music, Xia Jiaxian fell out with his family and went to a friend's little fishing village with no money to his name. He settled there, devoted himself to songwriting aboard a boat, and met a high school boy.

The kid was only seventeen, tall, like a sunflower he'd once seen by the roadside in Kashgar one summer. He held his head high, full of youthful energy as he faced the sun, so passionate and dazzling that it was impossible to look away.

But he was hopeless at school.

Just how hopeless? He only got fifty yuan in pocket money each day. He kept forty for himself, then shamelessly claimed he would support Xia Jiaxian and put out an album for him.

[A fishing village romance. The receiver is ten years older than the giver.]
