[Coming Soon, Please Add to Your Favorites] After Mistaking Someone Else for My Husband, I Became His White Moonlight: Blurb at the End
Here is the blurb for this novel:
Shen Zhimi transmigrates into a book as an insignificant cannon-fodder character.
After scheming for ages, the cannon fodder marries into a wealthy family. But when his husband, Qin Ce, gets into a car accident, he abandons his husband and child and runs away without hesitation.
In the end, he gets mocked all over trending searches and fades into complete obscurity.
When Shen Zhimi arrives, the hospital has just issued a critical condition notice.
Reporters are swarming outside, while anti-fans are gleefully waiting for him to give up and divorce, so they can all pile on and mock him.
Instead, Shen Zhimi walks up to the cameras with his stepson in his arms, eyes red and looking haggard.
His promise rings out with conviction: “I’ll wait for Qin Ce to come home forever.”
The anti-fans who were waiting for him to get divorced: ???
When Shen Zhimi goes to pick up his son from school, an influencer shoves a camera in his face and livestreams.
The influencer asks bluntly, “Will you get any of your husband’s inheritance when he dies?”
Shen Zhimi freezes in front of the camera.
The anti-fans are about to start mocking him when Shen Zhimi suddenly shoves the streamer away, looking almost frantic. “What do you mean, inheritance? Who says he’s going to die? Qin Ce is not going to die!”
Watching the young man look so fragile and distraught on camera, everyone is shaken.
Could Shen Zhimi… actually be in love with Qin Ce?
The whole world can see that Shen Zhimi loves Qin Ce with all his heart.
He is willing to offend powerful people for Qin Ce and does his best to protect the heir Qin Ce left behind.
The sight of him sincerely praying for Qin Ce in interviews is enough to break anyone’s heart.
Even the anti-fans change their minds about Shen Zhimi and start tearfully shipping them.
In public, Shen Zhimi does his best to keep up his devoted-lover persona.
In private… he doesn’t even know what his husband looks like.
One day, Shen Zhimi meets a strange man on a plane.
The man looks at him in a very peculiar way.
Shen Zhimi is thrilled, thinking he’s finally got a fan.
The male fan asks him, “I heard you really love your husband?”
He must be a couple shipper, too. Shen Zhimi immediately puts on a tearful display of devotion.
The male fan looks at him strangely.
Before getting off the plane, Shen Zhimi even signs an autograph for his enthusiastic male fan.
The man gives him an amused, knowing look.
One day, Shen Zhimi is suddenly told, “Your husband is back.”
He walks outside and sees the male fan he met on the plane.
Shen Zhimi: “Aaaaaah! Someone save me!”

[The Gong’s Perspective]
Qin Ce doesn’t understand.
He was only in the hospital for a while. Why has everyone around him changed?
The family butler is convinced Shen Zhimi is deeply in love with him and repeatedly urges him to treat Shen Zhimi a little better.
His assistant is also convinced Shen Zhimi is hopelessly in love with him and keeps giving him looks like he’s a scumbag.
Everyone is absolutely certain of Shen Zhimi’s devotion.
What Qin Ce finds even harder to understand is this:
His clever son knows Shen Zhimi is only acting, but still gets close to him and clings to him.
Qin Ce: “…He knows it’s an act, but still likes Shen Zhimi that much. Is he stupid?”
Later…
Qin Ce: “You don’t have to be too smart.”

It’s going premium!
This novel will go premium on August 13, with a special update of 10,000 words that day! I hope you’ll keep supporting it~
Reader’s Guide:
1. One-on-one romance. The shou is a face-conscious, two-faced drama queen; the gong is a domineering CEO who loves money above all else.
2. The gong appears late because he has to pretend to be dead.
3. There’s a child, adopted and unrelated by blood to either lead. Before the gong appears, the shou and child have a family-bond storyline; after he appears, the romance takes center stage.
4. After transmigrating into a book, the protagonist uses his acting skills to play the devoted lover and clear his name. Please read with caution if that bothers you.
5. The events in the blurb may be adjusted slightly in the actual story. Everything serves the romance.
6. Set in the entertainment industry, but not the real one. Please don’t associate it with real people.

"After Mistaking Someone Else for My Husband, I Became His White Moonlight"
Everyone knows that the film emperor Cheng Mian has a white moonlight.
Cheng Mian has had a crush on his white moonlight for years. He acts for his white moonlight and even founded an entertainment company for him…
Everyone also knows that the obscure celebrity Lu Zhao pursued Cheng Mian and was willing to throw himself at him as a substitute just to marry him.
Cheng Mian is cold even within their marriage.
On their wedding day, he tells Lu Zhao, “You’re not allowed in the room on the west side of the second floor of the Cheng house.”
Everyone thinks Lu Zhao is throwing himself at Cheng Mian because he’s madly in love with him.
Cheng Mian probably thinks so, too.
Only Lu Zhao knows he didn’t marry Cheng Mian for love at all.
Besides, he has severe face blindness caused by a psychological condition.
They’ve slept together for two years, but he still can’t remember what the film emperor looks like. He can only recognize him by things like his clothes and accessories.
Lu Zhao has kept up his act without a single slip.
Until one day, he trips while coming offstage at an event. He looks up, spots the familiar watch and tie on the man beside him, grabs his hand, and calls out in a coquettish voice, “Honey, it hurts~”
The entire venue falls silent.
Lu Zhao still hasn’t figured out what’s going on.
The next second, he is pulled into a broad, unyielding embrace.
A familiar, cold voice comes from above his head. “Sorry, my spouse is drunk.”
The man puts a heavy emphasis on the words “my spouse.”
Lu Zhao looks down and sees the familiar matching watch and tie.
“…”
-
After his cover is blown, Lu Zhao is mortified.
He thinks about it and realizes that Cheng Mian’s white moonlight should be coming back soon.
So Lu Zhao goes to Cheng Mian and brings up divorce.
Unexpectedly, the usually cold Cheng Mian loses control as soon as he hears the word “divorce.” He grabs Lu Zhao by the wrist and pins him against the wall.
His voice is possessive and obsessive. “You’re my legal spouse. You think I’ll let you go? Impossible.”
Lu Zhao: “???”
What about your white moonlight? You don’t want him anymore!
-
One day, Lu Zhao gets up late in the morning.
His back aches like hell, and he’s in a foul mood.
Looking for trouble, he opens the door to the room on the west side of the second floor.
The moment he enters, Lu Zhao is completely stunned.
The room is full of pictures of him.
From high school, college, his first time acting, his first time onstage, every magazine and photo book…
In the lower-right corner of every picture, two words are written: “Mine.”

Theme: Keep persevering through adversity, never give up, and change your fate
I read the book about cannon fodder for rich families, eh. . How can I put it this way? The early part of this book is actually quite good, but it really gets off the mark later on. First of all, the feelings come out of nowhere, and then the quarrels in the back are fussy and quarreling for many chapters without talking about it. Near the end, it comes out of nowhere again. I really can't stand the original parents, and it's almost the finale.
I saw a recommendation on Xiaohongshu, so I checked it out. The writing is surprisingly good, and the plot and rhythm are well controlled. I really like it.
I want to see Qin Heng and Li Zhao CP... Can you please try harder hehehehe
I've finished reading it. I like all three of the author's current works. I'm looking forward to better works in the future?
I finally finished reading it at 3:49. It's the last day of the May Day holiday tomorrow, and I have to take Zai Zai to an interest class. I also promised to take him to the amusement park. Who would have thought that I would randomly order a novel to make a girl in her thirties stay up late?
I really hope there will be more extras
It's so beautiful, it's so beautiful. The author should write more articles [Star Eyes]
The posts are quite interesting, but the front and back posts are quite disconnected from the text. It feels like I made a plate of dumplings out of jealousy.
I shed tears while watching this in the middle of the night. I am a person with a low tear point.
Second brush! Alas, this book is really well written. The middle score is high and the plot is not new, but the more you go on, the less cliched it becomes. The author dares to write it.
