He Only Likes Me

After his mother died and his father remarried, Ji Mian was driven out of his family. He was attacked on the way and fell gravely wounded onto a remote, desolate planet.

He thought he would die there, but when he woke, he was covered by clean blankets, and the scent of a hot meal filled the humble little house.

Ji Mian turned his head. Nearby, a handsome young Alpha was crouching and quietly making soup.

The Alpha was named Chu Shiye. He had only the lowest, E-grade mental power, and on the Capital Star, he would be considered a good-for-nothing.

But his eyes were clear and pure. When those deep black eyes gazed quietly at Ji Mian, it was as though Ji Mian were his whole world.

So Ji Mian thought, staying here would be nice.

But the good times didn't last. The desolate planet was suddenly attacked, and Ji Mian was separated from Chu Shiye in the chaos. His family forcibly took him back to the Capital Star.

The Ji family locked him up for days, then forced him into a marriage alliance with another family.

At the engagement banquet, Ji Mian had planned to run away, but then a sudden upheaval took place

An army stormed the venue. At its head was a young Alpha in a crisp military uniform, his face cold as ice. He walked straight toward Ji Mian.

"A-Mian."

Chu Shiye held Ji Mian captive in his arms, his eyes red. He pressed his forehead affectionately against his Omega's and nuzzled it a few times, then said hoarsely, "I've finally found you."

1. An ABO setting with spirit companions. Lots of personal worldbuilding, and not too serious.

2. Calm, gentle, breathtakingly beautiful Omega bottom x taciturn, puppy-like Alpha top with an intensely possessive streak.

3. Younger male lead, sweet romance, happy ending.

"I Picked Up a Poor Little Thing After Saving the World"

A cataclysm was at hand. Ye Ji, head of the foremost sect, struck down the evil fiend of the Yellow Springs with a single sword stroke, using his own body as the formation. His white robes were stained red with blood, and he died sealing the calamity.

A thousand years later, he awoke to a desolate grave, overgrown with weeds. Beside the solitary grave crouched a poor little thing, eating tree bark.

The poor little thing was a young demon. It seemed to have made Ye Ji's grave its home, and was startled when he crawled out.

Ye Ji was alone, with no ties to anyone. He had no intention of getting involved with this poor little thing, so he started to walk away.

Who would have thought the poor little thing would grab the hem of his robe? Its cracked fingers trembled, but it stubbornly refused to let go.

Those pitch-black eyes reflected only Ye Ji.

Ye Ji: ...All right, then.

And so he took the poor little thing with him.

Only later did Ye Ji learn that the poor little thing was a snake demon capable of devouring all things, feeding on malice and baleful energy. As it happened, Ye Ji was the one who suppressed the baleful energy in the world.

The frail young boy clutched Ye Ji's finger, opened his eyes wide, and gazed up at him pleadingly. "Big brother, I'm hungry."

Ye Ji's heart softened. "All right, I'll feed you."

Later, the poor little thing grew into a great demon capable of devouring the heavens and swallowing the sun. The Daoist world trembled at the news and feared him.

The pale, sinister man held Ye Ji close, gently rubbing his cheek against Ye Ji's face. His voice was low and cool, yet affectionate, as if he were acting spoiled. "Big brother, I'm hungry."

"I want to eat you, big brother."

Ye Ji: "...Get lost."

1. A top-tier fighter, breathtakingly beautiful bottom x an initially puppy-like, later wolfdog-like, jealous top.

2. Sweet romance, younger male lead, happy ending.

Theme: The simple life is the real life. Keep demons and monsters away.
