My Ability Is Tomie

The next story, Clingy Boyfriend Tomie (blurb below), will follow this one. My real-life job is very busy, so updates may not be regular, but I won't abandon it. Question: What does it feel like to open your eyes in Yokohama with an overwhelmingly powerful "everyone's favorite" debuff? Kawakami Takuya: Thanks for asking. It's pretty damn messed up. Feels like I'm about to make my big debut any second now. Kawakami Takuya, who is passionately "courted" by his "suitors" every day, is baffled. You fell in love with Kawakami Tomie. What does that have to do with me, Kawakami Takuya? "Tomie" is a woman as beautiful as desire itself, arrogant and vain, alluring and dangerous. She is desire incarnate. As her owner, Kawakami Takuya has the same three responses every day: You've got the wrong person. That's not me. I refuse. Finally, one day, after his "suitors" push him to the brink, Kawakami Takuya decides to take his brother along and find a boss who can put an end to this once and for all. But Kawakami Takuya never expected that after joining one of Yokohama's distinctive organizations, his life would get more and more absurd. First, the White Kirin falls in love with him at first sight and passionately pursues him. Then a bandage-wearing executive slides in to ask him to die together. On a business trip, a white-haired man with a blindfold mistakes him for a "high-risk special-grade cursed spirit" and nearly blasts him to death. After being dragged into an ability-related incident and forced to transmigrate between worlds, Kawakami Takuya meets a red-eyed demon king who is dead set on believing he's a blue spider lily that has taken human form. Kawakami, Source of Desire, Walking Natural Disaster, Takuya: In this miserable world, the only warm thing is my adorable brother. I'm tired. Let's destroy it already. Reader's guide: 1. Written on impulse, with ideas flying everywhere and lots of headcanons. The timeline is pretty messy, so if you find a plot hole, please point it out nicely and I'll try to patch it up. 2. The male lead isn't Tomie as a woman. He has a flawed personality and comes with the Tomie-brand "everyone's favorite" buff. 3. He and Chuuya are also brothers, products of the same laboratory. 4. The pairing is the honest White Kirin, Shibusawa. There are side pairings (Soukoku and Wei-Lan) with very little presence. Clingy Boyfriend Tomie by Sen Miu As a mature and reliable adult, Su Zhiming never imagined he'd catch the transmigration trend one day. Faced with a "brand-new" Yokohama, Su Zhiming calmly pushed up his glasses. No problem. So the literary greats have all gone into the criminal underworld. It's a minor issue. Watching ability users put on dazzling displays, Su Zhiming calmly sipped his hot tea. No problem. So people can make gravity balls with their bare hands. Perfectly reasonable. When a boy with flames on his forehead accidentally injured him, Su Zhiming coolly called the insurance company. No problem. So a seafood company is saving the world. Makes total sense. When he learned that he'd become the new "Colorless King," Su Zhiming took a deep breath. It's fine. I just have to clean up the previous generation's mess. I can do this! At last, when he went to a coworker's house for drinks and saw an adorable maid with a long dragon tail and horns, drunk Su Zhiming couldn't take it anymore. "Why did everyone else get a versatile maid, while I got a beautiful, useless horror-movie character?!" The mature and reliable adult watched the super-handsome boy in his living room, who had been bound to him since they transmigrated and came with a built-in "horror movie" buff, wail at the top of his lungs. The boy, named Tomie, had a beauty mark under his eye. He tilted his head and smiled as he hugged his guardian. "You're so pitiful, Ming. It's okay. I'll always be by your side." And so the reliable adult cried even harder. Question: How do you feel when you transmigrate from the start and get bound to a horror-movie "protagonist" with no fighting ability? Su Zhiming (takes off his glasses, straightens his clothes, folds his hands over his chest, and lies down peacefully): I'm checking out. Reader's guide: 1. Written on impulse, with ideas flying everywhere and lots of headcanons. The timeline is pretty messy, so if you find a plot hole, please point it out nicely and I'll try to patch it up. 2. The male lead is a dependable adult who is emotionally dense. 3. Tomie is in a gender-swapped form and is bound to him from the start. 4. The pairing is Tomie (highlighted). There are side pairings (Soukoku and Wei-Lan) with very little presence. Theme: Find warmth and become the person who lights the way for others.
