The story of how I became a cafeteria lady at such a young age.

The stubborn old man who used to cook at the Sorcerer School cafeteria suddenly fell ill and retired, so Miss Chiyo, who was studying abroad in Yokohama, was urgently summoned home to take over the family business.

Having once interned in Yokohama's Chinatown, Miss Chiyo had become deeply enamored with Chinese cuisine. She decided to try all kinds of new recipes at the Sorcerer School cafeteria, where no one ever came, only to attract countless cats sneaking in for food.

"Huh? No rice balls today?"

"But would you like to try some freshly steamed soup dumplings?"

"You really... love sweets?"

"Then how about trying this lotus root stuffed with glutinous rice and osmanthus?"

"Something to get rid of the bitter taste in your mouth...? Did you eat something that had gone bad?"
