New releases that really stand out! Fantasy, xianxia, urban, historical, sci-fi, light novels... (The flowers-for-a-booklist event is paused. Books added to the list in exchange for flowers earlier will stay for at least a month. I'll read comments recommending new books from now on, and add the best ones to the list.) Let's enjoy fine writing together and discuss our differences. If you know a good book, leave a comment. I'll read every suggestion and add the ones I like to my shelves. Final

Masterpieces With Characters Who Actually Have Brains
Mainly recommending completed novels. Lately I've noticed that a lot of books start strong and then go downhill. For most of them, the first third is so engrossing you forget to eat or sleep, but the middle turns into a slog. You don't want to quit because the opening was so good, yet continuing feels like a waste of time. Here are some books I read in the past and thought were pretty decent.
No Foolish Protagonists
Some books I’ve read, and some I’m reading now. Feel free to save the list.
Probably Won't Cure Your Reading Slump ( '▿ ' )
Collecting books I like
Pearls from the Canghai, Jade from Lantian
A longtime bookworm of over ten years. Not a fan of System or golden finger stories, and I don’t read dark fiction. I prefer cultivation, fantasy, and high fantasy, with some urban and historical fiction mixed in.
New Buds, Wild Ideas, Thrills, Tight Logic, and Cool-Headed Protagonists
Mostly new books by established authors, so quality is assured. I’ve been reading for over a decade and have very particular tastes. To me, a good book must first and foremost make sense, then it needs an unusual premise and a smooth flow of satisfying moments. I’ve read at least 900 books, if not a thousand. I know the big-name and lesser-known authors, and every genre, inside out. At this point, I can read a couple of pages of a novel and already know where the plot is going. This list doesn’t
No Harem, Reasonable Protagonist
No harems, and the stories tend to be more rational. I'm not very good at writing reviews, so I probably won't have comments for most of the books.
An Eight-Year Qidian Veteran's Current Reading List: Beat the Reading Slump, Please Follow and Favorite
Here are some books I'm following as they update, along with others I think are good. If you like my recommendations, feel free to save and follow my list. A list of currently updating novels. I'll test them out like Shennong tasting herbs.
I'm Moving My Bookshelf Here
I've been reading for 10 years. I didn't update this list much before, but from now on I'll add to it from time to time each week, helping fellow readers in a slump find something new.

A Reclusive Old Reader’s Private Collection
I've read all these books. Some are really good, while others are just okay, but none have any major deal-breakers.
A Day in the Pot, a Carefree Immortal in the City
An immortal comes, treading starlight, known as a seeker of the Way and the immortals. I am no weary traveler of the mortal world, with nowhere to call home. I eat wild fruit, swallow clouds and mist, and in my spare time, roam the skies with cranes. For hundreds of years, I’ve kept far from the mortal world, its smoke and bustle. An immortal comes, moon in hand, known as one who loses the way and never returns. A great dream of forty years in the mortal world, all lived to the fullest. All thin
I Want Flowers, Flowers, Flowers (Updated Once a Year; Good Books Get Buried, So Scroll Down)
◎ This list values quality over quantity. There aren't many books, but if you scroll to the bottom, you'll find a treasure. ◎ I. Mostly rational stories. Some lean dark, but the characters are intelligent and don't get an unreasonable protagonist's halo. The plots are logical, rely on few cliches, and the protagonists have minds of their own rather than acting solely to serve the plot. The authors are skilled writers. II. Most recommendations are undiscovered works with potential. I don't recomm
Cultivating Life Without Cultivating Nature: The First Great Mistake in Spiritual Practice!
These are all novels that I personally consider free of idiotic characters, with protagonists whose intelligence is intact. Today's xianxia and fantasy novels are still making the same mistakes our ancestors warned against a thousand years ago. Feel free to recommend novels in the comments whose protagonists and authors both have functioning brains, as long as there is no female lead or only one female lead! Please leave a comment and recommend something if you've saved it, so we can work togeth

Isn't it enough to just post what I posted before?
Can it be refined?
Shennong tested poison
Gu Qing has been experiencing one world after another, and he has taken it lightly, so the plot of the whole book seems a bit bland. In addition, it is more fairy-like and has a fairy tale that is not an upgrade to the monster-killing style. The article may seem plain, but in fact it contains the true meaning of Taoism's "reducing emptiness and keeping quiet". I have experienced it a lot, and I am naturally calm and relaxed in the face of some small obstacles. The Tao in the book is both lofty and ethereal, yet never far away from the Tao or human intention. It can be specialized or broad. There are no chiseling marks in the book. It is like a wonderful pen written by nature. It is of the highest quality. Five hundred come on

I'll give you a monthly pass, so I can add more finesse. There are 3 monthly passes left
Shennong tested poison
I have always liked the writing style of Five Hundred. The protagonist has a fairy-like air. From the first Taoist to Qingxuan Taoist, I have been reading it. In the middle, I have been raising it for a while, but I have raised it to death, sweat! It just so happens that some of the settings in this book are similar to those in "Destroying Luck". "Destroyed Luck" has always been my favorite fairy tale novel! This book must be written down! I am a poor person, so I can only reward five hundred. Hey, it is quite appropriate to reward five hundred to five hundred!
Pretending to be cool is very stiff, just like in the first chapter, even if your handwriting is good, why do you say your handwriting is valuable? Just pretending? Is there a sense of superiority for no reason? Anyway, it feels very stiff to me, even if you don't even have to eat, you still pretend to be cool. Have you become used to showing off after being reincarnated so many times?
Why is it that every time I see books written with mature writing, they are not as popular as those written by elementary school students as immature? It seems that the vast majority of readers at Qidian are generally of extremely low-mindedness...
The inexplicable cow B has an inexplicable sense of superiority! Cooking a dish should also serve as evangelism, should you be careful? Use your sister!
