[Main story complete! Please support the official version on Jinjiang~] [Pre-collection: The Mastermind Role-Playing Game of the Great Detective. Please add it to your reading list~] The New World Program was forcibly shut down, but the consciousnesses of the classmates who hadn't woken up were accidentally swept into a manga world. The world's consciousness told Hinata that to truly wake them and escape their desperate circumstances, he had to make the readers of the manga believe they were on the side of hope. That didn't sound too hard. But could someone explain why all his classmates came with a despairing, horror-movie filter when they appeared in the manga? Mioda sobbed apologies as she took out a syringe filled with a fake-death drug, preparing to inject the person in front of her. In the manga, her scarlet eyes fixed on the liquid in the syringe as though it were a deadly poison. [Readers: Aaaah, don't stab him with that needle! Help! Someone help!] Hinata: ... Komaeda boarded a cruise ship and accidentally kicked something, causing the entire vessel to sink. In the manga, he wore an eerie smile, the chaotic whirlpool in his eyes reflecting the organizations and police whose plans had both been ruined by the shipwreck. [Readers: Aaaah, that's so scary! He definitely did it on purpose!] Hinata: ... And as for Hinata himself, he watched the manga version of himself, long-haired and red-eyed, lurking in the shadows. His cold gaze fixed on the manga's protagonist as they ran past. The Hope's Peak Academy emblem on his uniform had become some kind of mysterious symbol, haunting everyone like a nightmare. [Readers: Aaaah, is this the boss of the new faction?!] Hinata: Why me, too?! This filter's turned me into a completely different person! Izuru, help me! Kamukura: ...Boring. * “Then let's build a Hope's Peak Academy that brings despair, I mean hope, right here! Puhuhuhu!” [Please note] * Danganronpa 2 + Detective Conan. An ensemble cast, set against the Detective Conan backdrop, but the worlds are not merged. * Plot-focused, with few romantic elements. Pairing: KamiHina, a double-personality selfcest pairing. They share a body and never separate. I have my own ideas about how they coexist. * The manga forum's eerie-filter trend may be outdated, but I'm a country bumpkin and still want to write it. * Not much in the way of saving characters, but there are plenty of police academy squad scenes. Little to no Red-versus-Black conflict, and not much involving the Organization. * Includes my own interpretation of the characters. * You might find it a little hard to follow if you're unfamiliar with Danganronpa. * More to come... Pre-collection: The Mastermind Role-Playing Game of the Great Detective. Pairing: Ranpo x Saihara, no fixed roles. Ranpo opened his eyes to find himself in a different world, with a Monokuma System in his head and a detective named Saihara beside him who had also come from another world. Not only that, they discovered that they had taken the place of a certain organization's boss in this world. The Monokuma System said: “If you want to go home, then play this world's mastermind properly! Puhuhuhu!” Ranpo: I don't want to do this. Saihara: heart attack.jpg And so the Armed Detective Agency appeared in Beika Town. Its president had eyes that could see through the truth, and no crime could escape his notice. He never showed his face, yet solved countless cases remotely. Meanwhile, the liquor company gained a new member with the codename Porto. Rumor had it that he acted strangely and loved nothing more than exposing people's deepest secrets and driving them to painful breakdowns. Everyone steered clear of him, and no one knew what he looked like. These two identities had nothing to do with each other, until a certain grade-schooler who had unexpectedly joined the Detective Agency realized that the president's assistant seemed to be with the Black Organization, while a certain overworked undercover agent learned that Porto seemed to be very interested in the president. One big, one small: Uh-oh, the president's been targeted! To protect the president, whose deductive skills were formidable, from being harmed by the Organization, both sides launched an in-depth investigation. But the more they investigated, the stranger things seemed. Why was the president's assistant Hiro? Why was Porto's partner Matsuda? Why was Porto investigating the Detective Agency's cases? Why did the president keep showing up in the Organization's missions? Why?! - Because he is himself, and they are each other. “The detective is the mastermind.” Theme: Fill life with hope
