The Executioner's Cube

Complete! The whole story costs just a tiny handful of Jinjiang Coins. I hope you'll support it! The story has two couples, and both get happy endings.

Coming soon: The Sickly Beauty's Succubus Secret Identity and After All My Secret Identities Got Bad Endings, I Was Forced to Mourn Myself. I hope you'll check them out.

Blurb:

Armed Detective Agency x Dark Era:

One day, Dark Era Dazai had an accident while on a mission and acquired a book.

This all-purpose magic item came with a person, too.

This person was great at everything: quick-thinking, helpful with work, and even able to make simple meals. An indispensable companion for staying in, traveling, defecting, and causing trouble.

There were only two things wrong with him:

They looked exactly alike.

He didn't seem to be human.

Fifth Division Dazai x Fyodor:

Young Fyodor found a Dazai.

He decisively chose to take in this dissolute stray cat with an ability that nullified other abilities.

This white cat helped him with his work, was just as brilliant as he was, and neither accepted nor rejected his ideals. The cat was pure temptation, while he was pure devotion. The cat would roll into his arms, rub against him, and snuggle up close. Everything was wonderful when they were together.

But there were two problems:

He didn't seem to love him at all.

He was bored of him.

My other ongoing story: The Scriptwriters' Daily Log at the Distillery

Little Bunny Dazai faced several major turning points in his life in a single month.

First, he discovered that a certain Russian who liked to cuddle with him and laze about wasn't human.

He was a vampire.

Next, just as he was planning to investigate how vampires fed and see whether a vampire bite hurt, something fell from the sky and knocked poor Rice Ball-kun unconscious. He took a look.

It was a phone.

Then he browsed all the information he could find on the phone and discovered that they were actually characters in a manga. The setting was just very different from their current circumstances: Rice Ball-kun wasn't a vampire, but a demonic mastermind and major villain. He wanted to see if he could use the phone to communicate with the real world. He tried every app, but only one worked.

It was a forum.

Finally, Dazai, who had just been bombarded with spoilers and had no particular desire to join the Mafia, met someone willing to take them away. They joined another organization that didn't look much better, but at least let them slack off.

It was the very scientific Distillery.

#Actually a story about raising a kid, but as for who's raising whom... Never mind, it's just an unconventional story about raising Fyodor.#

Coming soon: After All My Secret Identities Got Bad Endings, I Was Forced to Mourn Myself

Just as Nishinomiya Tsukiyo, a graduate of the Secret Identity System, was about to retire after accomplishing his mission, the System suddenly disappeared. The secret identities he'd used to play his friends and family began exposing themselves one after another, then dying in accidents. And he had to arrange their funerals as their "friend." Faced with countless pitying, affectionate stares...

Nishinomiya Tsukiyo squeezed his eyes shut.

Funerals, funerals, funerals.

He steeled himself and mourned himself.

When news that his "older brother," a young genius magician, had died in an accident caused a sensation across Japan, Nishinomiya Tsukiyo squeezed in among the fans and reporters, listening to countless heartfelt tributes and wishing he could dig a three-bedroom apartment out of the ground and hide in it.

His childhood friend looked solemn. "There are too many suspicious points. There may be a conspiracy."

Nishinomiya Tsukiyo: Kaito, get a grip! This secret identity really did die in an accident

When his "best friend," an editor, was shot dead in front of a crowd, Nishinomiya Tsukiyo had gone numb. He expertly recovered the body and arranged the burial, expertly used onions to make himself cry, and expertly babbled at everyone.

Dazai, Oda, Natsume-sensei, and a group of colleagues handed him a handkerchief with mournful expressions. "We failed to protect him."

Nishinomiya Tsukiyo, expressionless: No, I'm a walking jinx.

When the long-unused Distillery boss secret identity suddenly died, Nishinomiya Tsukiyo's tears were already welling up by reflex...

He stopped.

Aaaaaah! This secret identity absolutely, absolutely cannot die!

After all his "friends and family" had finally died violent deaths, Nishinomiya Tsukiyo breathed a sigh of relief and looked at a certain bandage-storage machine. "Why haven't you broken up with me yet?"

Dazai, eyes sparkling: "When will it be my turn to get the walking-jinx buff?"

Tsukiyo: The weather's getting cold. Let's break up.

#Do you love me, or do you love my buff?#

Bonus Scene:

While relaxing, Nishinomiya Tsukiyo accidentally showed some habits only his secret identities had. He wailed inwardly that he was about to be exposed, about to be exposed

But then...

"Sob, Tsukiyo-kun is so pitiful. He's become just like them..."

Nishinomiya Tsukiyo: ???
