I'm a Chuunibyou Literary Great!

[The way to open Bungo Stray Dogs is with Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! The idea came from @Da Yuan Zhong, with some changes. Permission was granted. The story began on August 6, 2022, and the main story concluded on August 5, 2023. The extras concluded on March 23, 2023. The author has also started a new story next door, Dazai Is Chuuya's Kitty. Please add it to your collection!]

During the summer before his senior year of high school, Nakahara Chuuya, a former chuunibyou who called himself the "Tainted Graviton," finally decided to be an ordinary senior and live an ordinary senior-year life in preparation for the college entrance exams.

However, the day before school started, a strange boy suddenly tumbled down from the floor above. With bandages wrapped around his body and right eye, he stood on Chuuya's balcony and said, "I finally found you, Tainted Sorrow."

"! How do you know that embarrassing nickname?!!"

"Make a pact with me, Graviton, and become my demonic hound."

"What the heck is a demonic hound? And who are you, anyway? You just stepped on my hand, you know!"

In short, a story about how a chuunibyou friend he made online back in his chuunibyou days suddenly moved into the apartment upstairs, still chuunibyou and still remembering all his embarrassing history.

"Weretiger! Why do you get to be the protagonist of Mr. Dazai's novel? Die! Rashomon!"

"I don't know either! And stop calling me that embarrassing nickname! Also, don't hit me with your sleeves! I've graduated from chuunibyou!"

Watching Ryunosuke Akutagawa chase Atsushi Nakajima past him, an exclamation mark popped over Osamu Dazai's head. He exclaimed delightedly, "Oh, I've figured out how the next part should go!"

"Really? I feel like I can guess a little... By the way, Dazai, what's the title of your novel called? Wait, don't tell me you haven't given it a title yet?"

"If you can't think of one yet, just call it something for now. For example... Stray Dogs? Dazai is carrying out a secret mission called Stray Dogs!"

"...That's right! You're truly the world's greatest detective, blessed with Super Deduction! You saw right through me! I'm actually carrying out a grand mission called Stray Dogs! Recording the events of the real world that only ability users can see! This book in my hands is an all-purpose wishing machine coveted by countless ability users!"

"This is getting more and more ridiculous. So, Edogawa, why are you going along with this nonsense too?"

It's also a story about the literary students at the academy writing Bungo Stray Dogs, using their own chuunibyou personas.

"I'm letting go! Graviton, I'm throwing down the fruit of winter, so make sure you catch it, okay? Ah!"

"Dazai!"

"Chuuya! Are you okay?"

"Pfft... Hahaha! Dazai, I caught you! I caught a certain silly kitty! And from now on, no matter what happens, I want to catch you! So, Dazai, I love you. Will you go out with me?"

"...Sure."

And, a youthful campus romance that unfolded in the most beautiful years of their lives.

Chuuya/Dazai pairing, with an all-Dazai harem undertone. Dazai is doted on by everyone. Other than Nakahara Chuuya, whether the others' feelings for Dazai are platonic or romantic is up to the reader.

Also, I came up with how to write the viewing fic while I was writing this story... The extras are the viewing fic!
