Arc One: Complete [Welcome to the Doll Game.] Here, if you enter sufficiently detailed information, you can obtain a “doll” that belongs only to you and is loyal only to you. It can have any traits you choose to give it: beauty, handsomeness, stupidity, intelligence, wealth, poverty… It can accept you like a [mother], teach you like a [father], or cherish you like a [lover]. Everything about it is up to you. However, please note: 1. Each person may have only one “doll,” and that doll can be loyal only to you. 2. You cannot create a doll modeled on anything that exists or has ever existed, including people. 3. Once a “doll” is created, it cannot be destroyed. 4. Aside from you, do not let any other being realize that your “doll” is not human. Remember these four rules. Otherwise, you bear the consequences. An anthology about creating dolls. The rules above are just here to indulge my kinks, so please don’t take them too seriously. The arcs below are listed in writing order. Other than 1v1, both leads’ first times, and pure love, plus the usual handsome tops and beautiful bottoms, I can’t guarantee anything. Extreme top- or bottom-focused readers, please don’t read. 1. Aloof patron bottom × younger doll movie-star top, fake replacement romance, complete [The once wildly popular movie star kneels outside the cage backstage, calling him “Master” with adoration.] “Am I a lot like him? If I ruined his face, then you’d only love me, right, Master?” ＊A fake replacement romance: the doll goes mad, believes he’s a replacement, and imprisons his beautiful patron in turn. In reality, the patron is perfectly willing. Both leads are virgins throughout. But this arc includes clichéd tropes like the beautiful patron bottom being gay and in love with a straight man, confessing his love on a livestream only to be rejected, and a straight male extra regretting and losing it after a perfect doll drops out of nowhere and steals his partner. 2. Beautiful widower (?) bottom × older-turned-younger doll of his late husband top [When a doll is created in defiance of the rules, is it a resurrected husband or a twisted monster?] “The Doll Game forbids creating a doll modeled on someone who has passed away, because the dead become distorted in our memories. “No human can remember every detail of their lover forever. They fall in love with nothing more than their own fantasies. “So a ‘doll’ created from twisted longing can only be a monster with the face of a former lover, just like the one standing before you now.” “But don’t worry. I’m different from humans. As a doll, I’ll love the real you forever and ever.” ＊The classic ‘I cuckold myself’ scenario. The top is one person from beginning to end. See the companion story next door for reference. 3. Younger male ghost, enemy-nation general Alpha × arrogant, rich-and-beautiful marshal bottom (Omega pretending to be an Alpha) [At night, the lofty marshal becomes a doll at the mercy of his nemesis.] On the battlefield, the two nemeses are evenly matched, neither able to gain the upper hand, so they are forced into a drawn-out stalemate and negotiations. The lofty, rich-and-beautiful Omega (pretending to be an Alpha) uses his age and power to dominate the negotiations, his words brimming with arrogance and smugness. In the end, the unsuspecting Omega is entered into the Doll Game by a younger Alpha who has secretly loved him for nearly ten years, outwardly cheerful but already dark and twisted inside. The poor rich-and-beautiful marshal is smug by day, but at night he’s forced to work overtime, playing doll for his nemesis, who relentlessly torments him. The Omega, who has never heard such filthy language from a backwater planet, is so ashamed he nearly breaks down. ＊The doll-play trope. If you know, you know. 4. Ruthless sword master top × perfect doll heart demon bottom [You created me to sever your Three Corpses. So why won’t you raise your eyes and look at me now… husband?] To overcome his heart demon tribulation, the ruthless sword master creates a perfect wife based on his darkest desires. He initially plans to kill her to prove his Dao, but he can’t bring himself to do it. All he can do is endure the beautiful doll’s seduction and temptation every day, practicing his sword with a cold expression to steady his Dao heart. Yet as time passes, his Dao heart grows increasingly unstable. When he finally can’t take it anymore and decides to put an end to the troublesome doll once and for all, the doll who once had eyes only for him suddenly “runs away” with someone. And so, a Dao heart that had endured ten thousand years shatters in an instant, and the righteous sword master falls to demonic cultivation. *The much-loved trope of an old-fashioned patriarchal husband pretending to chase his wife after losing her. The colder he is at first, the crazier he gets later. “Pretending” means the bottom is the perfect, beautiful doll wife created by the top, a 24-karat pure, doting, love-struck wife. So the whole chase-after-the-wife drama comes from the author’s tacky kink. The bottom adores him and never planned to run away. 5. Affection-starved (?) nonhuman alien top × gentle doll-mommy bottom [Mother.] A monster creates a parent to give birth to it, then discovers that this being indulges everything about it, even its delusions. ＊A lethal amount of explicit content. This chapter will probably be 1% plot and 99% personal kinks. Read with caution. 6. … 7. … I’ll add more if I come up with new arcs. The order above is the writing order. Each arc is independent. The doll can be either the top or the bottom, and for convenience, the narration will generally follow the non-doll character’s point of view. Different arcs may include younger or older partners, (fake) replacement romances, ‘I cuckold myself,’ (fake) wife-chasing-after-a-breakup drama, (fake) male pregnancy, and other tropes. (Sorry, I’m a simple person who loves this stuff.) The whole story is unwaveringly 1v1, both leads’ first times, and pure love (emphasis added). Each arc’s top and bottom are mutually devoted, so no extreme character fans, please. Don’t post comments about switching the pairing or dream-fic preferences. I’ll delete them if I see them. Theme: People shouldn’t lose themselves in illusions. They should seek life’s true meaning in reality.
