Taking on an ABO Persona in the Detective World

[Irregular updates]

The System calculated the landing point wrong. It was supposed to send Wei Ming into the script of "Interstellar Lover: Sweet Omega Runs Away Pregnant," but somehow it turned into "What Can Save You, My World of Detective Conan?!"

To make matters worse, the only items the System could provide Wei Ming were a set of ABO character cards, and even those came with all kinds of tasks that pushed the limits of decency.

And so...

1. [Alpha Card]

System: "When facing an enemy, strike with a fierce and relentless attack!"

"Die!!!"

Wounded but still on the job, Officer Wei Ming kicked a vicious criminal caught in the act to the ground, stunning everyone and looking thoroughly triumphant.

"Ding! You have entered your heat. Have the nearest man apply a suppressor patch for you. Countdown: ten minutes. 09:59, 09:58..."

He'd only just escaped the crowd when he turned and ran into a blond man who seemed to be involved in an illegal deal. The disheveled Officer Wei Ming clutched the back of his burning neck, eyes wide with shock.

2. [Beta Card]

System: "A walking toolbox, an all-purpose assistant! That's right, you're the perfect support!"

Officer Wei Ming had just helped his colleagues defuse eight bombs in a sealed elevator, and was finally breathing a sigh of relief.

"Ding! Even an ordinary, unremarkable beta has ambitions. Please..."

After hearing the timed task, Wei Ming wiped his face, forcefully pinned the only colleague present against the wall, and yelled at him through his embarrassment, "Tell me! Am I the best or not?!"

"..." The curly-haired officer looked at him, then silently turned off his radio.

The next day, Wei Ming's name was making the rounds at the police station again.

3. [Omega Card]

System: "You're a delicate flower, a precious treasure! No alpha can resist your tears!"

With an uncertain amount of alcohol in his system, Wei Ming nervously faced an interrogation by the Organization's top killer.

After a burst of gunfire... the bullet holes surrounding Wei Ming had somehow joined together to form a heart. Skill successfully activated!

"Ding! The Host is under threat of bodily harm. Initiating counterattack."

"Wait!"

"Ding! E-drug used. Target Gin (male) successfully converted into Gin (male omega). Congratulations, Wei Ming!"

"...I'm dead for sure, System."

[Reading Guide]

* Wei Ming is pronounced with the third tone on the second syllable.

* Only the character setting changes! There are no physical or bodily changes!

* Detective Conan is the main focus; everything else is just background.

* A lighthearted, happy story. Logic not included.

* Characters may be somewhat out of character. Please don't read if that bothers you.
