Dr. Saiki, the All-Purpose Inventor

In one timeline, Kusuo died saving the world.

Inventor Kusuke, who dotes on his little brother, says: “When in doubt, blame quantum mechanics.”

Dr. Saiki Kusuke can't accept his little brother's death, so he decides to invent a time-travel machine to save him.

Unfortunately, someone always gets in his way while he's trying to save his brother.

For example, a certain liquor company comes to his door and points a gun at him. “Join us, or die.”

Kusuke: “No problem. I'm in.”

Or the future boss of a certain white-haired family, holder of the Mare Ring, comes to find him. “Kusuke-kun~ Join my family. I'll give you the very best.”

Kusuke: “Really? Then I look forward to working with you, Boss.”

One scientist says that for his brother, he'll use anything he can get his hands on. A liquor company, the Chika Family, none of it matters.

So when his little brother finally comes back, Kusuke happily betrays both the liquor company and the Chika Family.

Having stabbed all his employers in the back, Kusuke smiles in parentheses: “Kusuo, let's play another game.”

Kusuo: “...”

Everyone else can't help asking: “Aren't you the real villainous boss here?”

[That's right. Whether I have to join a certain liquor company, become someone's Guardian, start a war, or grovel before the gods, I'll do whatever it takes to bring you back.]

[I will never accept that you should die here.]

[We still have plenty of contests to settle. Isn't that right, my little brother?]

Reader's Guide:

1. This is Kusuke from a parallel world, in the timeline where Saiki died, not Kusuke from the original timeline.

2. There may be crossovers with some older anime. Only two are listed in the blurb, but there will be many different worlds, and the settings will be explained as clearly as possible without disrupting the reading experience.

3. When the worlds are too different, transmigration will be used to explain it, and the transitions will be quick.

4. The writing swings between literary comedy and terrible serious drama. Please go easy on me.

5. Romantic tension and pink hearts everywhere. The ships are undecided, and there are multiple love interests. You're all my wings (gets hit).
