He was a white-haired boy with golden eyes. He looked human, but acted like a dog. No, that's not a figure of speech! He really was like a puppy! Watching him lie on the ground and gnaw on an apple with absolutely no dignity, just like a real puppy, Inuyasha stared in shock. “...Which of us is actually the dog?” Inuyasha twitched the pair of dog ears on his head. Hmph! I'm not a dog! “Hey! You! Have a little dignity!” Inuyasha picked an apple and held it up for the boy to see. “You eat like this. Pick it up and take a bite...” “...What are you doing? Don't come any closer!!!” The boy found a bush covered in red berries. He tilted his head, opened his mouth, and chomped down on a few. Inuyasha, who hadn't noticed until he turned around, stared with constricted pupils. “They're poisonous!” Unfortunately, it was too late. Blood ran from the boy's eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. After struggling for a while, he stopped breathing. Inuyasha dug a hole with tears in his eyes, preparing to bury the boy. The hole had barely been dug when the dead boy's heart suddenly started beating again. Inuyasha stiffened. “...” N-no way. Is he a zombie?!! This story is also known as: Immortal, Thinking of a New Name and Blurb, Writing Blurbs Is Really Hard, Coming Up with Titles Is Really Hard Too, Are You Serious About Those Other Titles? P.S. The protagonist is Immortal. Immortal is a person's name, taken from the anime and manga To Your Eternity, but this story develops very differently from the original. Immortal's life is destined to be different from the original. Sorry to anyone hoping to read an Immortal story that sticks completely to the source material! Also, Immortal has no romantic pairing. P.P.S. The protagonist's original form is a sphere. He is immortal and can take the form of others under certain conditions. He uses his male form more often and identifies more with being male, so this story is told from a male protagonist's perspective. But he also takes other forms, such as a girl's! P.P.P.S. This story has no logic. I'm just making stuff up as I go. OOC! OOC! OOC! Important things must be said three times!!! Theme: Love is the force that helps people grow
