[Western Crossover] My Live-In Bodyguard Really Wants to Retire

[One extra chapter for every 10,000 drops of nutritional fluid or 100 blazes] Honestly, when her boss called Aisley in, she never expected her identity to change. I’m supposed to guard Damian, who could climb a snow-covered mountain with his bare hands at four years old? Seriously? Luckily, her boss only gave her the title of bodyguard. Aisley’s real job was to report all of Damian’s activities to the League of Assassins on schedule. As for how to report, how to avoid making Damian angry, or how to survive unknown challenges, her boss didn’t care in the slightest. And the reason she was chosen “Tch.” On the way to Gotham, Damian sneered at Aisley, who was following behind him. “At least you’re a useful servant.” Aisley: “...As long as you’re happy.” … I want to retire so badly. Aisley thought sadly, but in the League of Assassins, retirement was pretty much the same as death. And Gotham wasn’t any better. The butler, whose hair was graying at the temples but who was still bustling around the kitchen, was living proof! “Aisley,” Damian said after returning from training, “the long knife Mother gave me, ” “I’ve finished maintaining it and put it on your weapon rack.” On Damian’s first night patrol, he narrowed his eyes. Aisley immediately pulled out a row of lethal tools under Nightwing’s astonished gaze and handed them over. “I’ve prepared everything for you.” When Damian cut off an unlucky criminal’s arm, blood sprayed all over his face. Aisley immediately hurried over, ready to wipe the stains away. Retirement seemed a long way off, but patience finally paid off: Damian spoke at last. “You can go,” he said. “Return to my mother and report back. Your mission is complete.” Aisley silently looked at Damian lying on the ground, at the blood spreading across his chest, at his lips losing their color, at his unusually gentle green eyes. How strange. He had changed so much that she could barely remember the last time Damian had called her a servant. So she leaned on her long knife and knelt beside him, resting her forehead against his cold palm. “I won’t leave,” Aisley said. “Whatever happens, I’ll stay by your side until the very end.” [Please note] 1. The heroine seems to be a bodyguard, but she’s really an all-purpose butler. (Though does Young Master Damian really need a bodyguard?) 2. This is a slice-of-life story, and I’ve added lots of everyday moments to the plot. 3. There may be quite a few hilarious scenes. 4. It features characters from many spy movies, but you can still enjoy it without having seen them. · “What exactly is love?” Theme: Work hard and keep striving every day.
