Thirteen-year-old Damian Wayne suddenly finds a game on his phone.
Love and Wonder
Being cautious, he investigates it. When he finds nothing suspicious, he decides to open the game.
The game takes place in a modern middle school. Players create a girl and give her a name. By completing the main story, they can turn their character into a magical girl.
Damian believes that even a game character deserves the best. After an hour, he has created a girl he is satisfied with. He names her:
Alicia Miracle.
After clearing all the available story content in half an hour, he can't understand why Alicia has become a magical girl who can only heal and has no combat ability at all.
The more he thinks about it, the angrier he gets. He opens the survey and types out a furious response. He feels a little better when the email reply says a combat page will be added soon.
Tim thinks their youngest brother has been acting strangely lately. He's always holding his phone, and he smiles especially brightly. Most importantly, he isn't picking fights with Tim anymore. Tim doesn't mean that he wants to be insulted, only that Damian is acting really weird.
So he ropes Jason into figuring out why Damian is acting strange. Jason: Thanks a lot, Red.
They finally reach a conclusion: Damian is in love. As soon as the news gets out, even Cassandra, all the way over in Hong Kong, messages to ask if it's for real. Tim smiles faintly and replies to the family's frantic group chat, his face still bruised from Damian's beating.
It's for real.
Damian has been playing this game for three years. At first he only meant to try it out, but now he's gotten used to logging in every day. He pulls for every magical girl's weapon and outfit, and buys every new item as soon as it comes out. Sometimes he even spends an hour revisiting the main story, whose every detail he knows by heart.
Used to having Alicia by his side, Damian is furious when the developers send him a notice that the game will be permanently shut down. He struggles to contain his anger and asks them why, only to be told that the shutdown is unavoidable.
Once he calms down, Damian spends a day recording the main story and the character's personal story. He fills five sketchbooks with everything related to Alicia, forced to say goodbye to the girl he's loved for three years.
Three months after the game shuts down, Damian encounters a girl in a white robe during patrol. Seeing the familiar robe, he suppresses the urge to rush over and grab her, and slowly breaks into a smile.
She was created by him. They were made for each other.

Camellia is an ordinary, mature twenty-seven-year-old woman.
The only unusual thing about her might be that she owns a company, and one that's been cleaned up, at that. Though she still does a little of that sort of thing from time to time, it's more or less legitimate now.
On a bright, sunny day, unable to resist her daughter Angel's pleading, Camellia brings her to live in Gotham. Three days before her daughter arrives, she finds an unconscious redhead outside her home.
With a cigarette in her mouth, Camellia drags the redhead inside. After nearly getting thrown over his shoulder, she finally patches him up and goes back to her paperwork.
While tracking down a shipment belonging to Black Mask, Jason gets into a huge fight with his dear old dad. He doesn't expect Black Mask's men to throw a sack over his head and beat him halfway through. Cursing under his breath, he drags his nearly unconscious body to a safe house he hasn't visited in ages. There, a woman knocks him out cold with a stick, and he sleeps like a baby.
The next day, he wakes up to find five million more in his account and happily accepts a bodyguard job.
Three days later, Jason crouches to look at the little girl in front of him, her hair half tied up. Somewhat at a loss, he rubs his nose, then lets the girl take him around the entire amusement park.
Maybe the girl really is just that cute. Jason finds himself wanting to get closer to the two of them. By the time he realizes it, Camellia has already captured his heart. With the little girl's half-hearted matchmaking, Jason feels his way through the process of courting her.
Warnings: The heroine has an ex-husband, but he's dead. Her daughter is her biological child, not adopted. Jason is a first-timer in every way, a pure-hearted boy. If that bothers you, feel free to leave.
