Eros, the god of love, shot a golden arrow at Medea, princess of Colchis.

He meant to make her fall in love at first sight with Prince Jason, who had come to the island in search of the Golden Fleece, so she would help him complete his quest.

The arrow flew, but something seems to have gone wrong.

Medea fell in love at first sight... with him.

To keep the timeline stable, Eros tried everything he could to bring her and Prince Jason together.

But the golden arrow was just too powerful.

With no other choice, he had to play the faithless lover and deceive and abandon Medea.

Yet when Medea left, disappointed in him, Eros felt as if an invisible arrow had pierced his heart. He seemed to regret it.
