Xu Xiye was an ordinary office worker. Stressful days meant he could barely keep a human shape in the daytime, while at night he wanted to crawl everywhere.

There was nothing surprising about it. Everyone was the same: crawling on doors, windows, and ceilings. It was an ordinary life, and things went along pretty smoothly.

But one day, a group of outsiders arrived in town. They had strange habits: they liked to shout in shrill voices, run around wildly, or curl into a ball and tremble.

It was nothing special. A little baby had crawled out of its mother's belly while she wasn't looking. The mother kept it tethered with its umbilical cord, so there was no need to worry about the baby getting lost.

Oh, and there was the woman who walked on her hands. She was his neighbor, Miss. Xu Xiye often envied her long hair trailing along the ground. Wherever it dragged, it cleaned the place.

If he could, he hoped Miss Neighbor would drag it along the corridor on his side, too.

The man could always maintain a perfect human form, and had a pair of beautiful silver-blue eyes that Xu Xiye liked very much. He wanted to take the man home.

So, in the quiet of midnight, he clung to the man's window and knocked on the glass. "Hey, bro, would you like to move into my place?"

"Get down."

He could get down, but he'd come back.

It was only a minor setback. Life was long. But one morning, as he was going to work as usual, he saw that his company had been blown to ruins.

Later, Xu Xiye finally got to take the man home. He just couldn't figure out why his workplaces kept getting blown up.

So one NPC was put on gate duty, one NPC went to farm, and one NPC went to sell vegetables.

The player's territory flourished.

One day, a red-haired NPC suddenly shouted at him, "That's him! He single-handedly crushed the top three families on the rankings!"

The player just attacked anyone with a red name.

The contaminated zone had changed. Anyone who walked to its entrance could see it.

A mutant stood there. Whenever it saw someone, it stiffly turned its head and repeated, "Welcome! Welcome!"

He dressed in loud, gaudy clothes that glittered, and every step he took left a trail of flowers.
