[I absolutely won't abandon this story. You're welcome to read~]
Before setting out for Beika Town, Wakatsuki Akai's friend repeatedly warned her to be careful.
This quaint little town was full of hidden talents. Jealousy-fueled murders and revenge killings came one after another, while poisons and bombs had practically become local specialties. The famous detective had been missing for days, yet his legend could still be heard everywhere. And there was a handsome blond guy who worked at a cafe and slept only ninety minutes a day...
Wakatsuki Akai looked solemn. "Sis, I really won't get fooled by a man. It's all part of my plan. Stop saying that. I have my own rhythm."
A certain Public Security officer who just happened to be passing by, an Organization member, and a cafe detective also made their positions clear. "Yes, I act like I'm completely infatuated with her, but I have my own plans."
Everyone who heard this said, "Really? I don't believe you."
The two looked at each other and spoke in unison. "I don't believe he's/she's pretending, either!"
---A serious introduction---
Wakatsuki Akai, an ordinary novelist, had an ordinary wish: to write a mystery novel full of twists and turns and make it famous throughout the world.
However, that was just an excuse she gave to other people, not her true wish. So Wakatsuki Akai wasn't an ordinary novelist, either.
Her real wish was to uncover the true identity of Amuro, a waiter at Poirot Cafe. Her real identity, meanwhile, was that of an unassuming, all-purpose translator...
Of course, all of that was fake, too.
So what was real, then?
Wakatsuki Akai gazed toward the direction of the Wooden Horse Apartments from the bridge she had just built, nearly in tears. "I told you ages ago, this mission is impossible to complete!"
Rei pressed the muzzle of his gun against the back of the female novelist, who was typing at her keyboard. He enunciated every word. "Miss Wakatsuki, you're truly not to be underestimated."
"Why sacrifice yourself to the night,
You planets of the night,
When you see the dawn, die,
And become a sacrifice to the light."

*If you see an update to an earlier chapter, it means I'm making minor adjustments to some sentences. No content has been changed, so there's no need to worry.
*The protagonist gets a happy ending.
Theme: All the waters in the world will meet again, and every road will lead us home.
Where's the car? What about car exhaust?
In a lot of fan fiction, the witness protection program seems to be very powerful, with a new look and a new life. But I did a brief search on the Internet (I'm not sure it's complete and correct). The so-called witness protection plan used to seem very unreliable. It seems that you still have to testify in court under your real name when you go to court, and it won't really change your appearance. At most, it will arrange for someone to protect you. But I think in a long-term combat situation like Ke Xue's world, do there really be so many police forces to protect so many witnesses for a long time? [Tickling]
Actually, I also want to hear a retelling of Shitaya Rei's wild history 😂
It's been a long time since I've been online, and I finally matched Ogata's update in one go. I like it [Orange Heart]
I'm going to watch [Let Me Kangkang] the day after tomorrow. I didn't get a single spoiler, but I'm feeling a bit melancholy at the moment 🤔
😭 😭 😭 I firmly believe that Manna will not die
Manna is not dead, I'm sure
Damn, will there be an update tomorrow?
Damn, we welcome the God of Wealth on the fifth day of the Lunar New Year, can you please update it?
I also went to see it by myself haha 🧋 Unfortunately, I missed the Sakura Rain scene
