Monster Agent

Completed and going behind a paywall on February 29. Thank you all for your support!

Pairing: Toru

Follows the episodes featuring Toru in the TV series.

Crossover with Natsume's Book of Friends. The female lead is Natsume's older sister.

Some yokai details are borrowed from Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan, since few famous Japanese yokai appear in Natsume's Book of Friends.

Natsume Yuko, treated as an oddity, can't be bothered to play with those humans. She starts ruling Tokyo from a young age.

As a child, Rei, who was also treated as an oddity, meets that girl and sets out on the path to becoming a hero.

Now, Natsume Yuko is a corporate drone, though still a yokai intermediary.

Now, Rei works at a coffee shop, though he also moonlights as a Public Security officer, private detective, and Organization informant.

They have to protect each other well.

As for the police academy group, they all get saved. Done.

No angst, no angst, no angst.
