[Borrowing the Hunter world's setting. You can enjoy this even if you haven't read it.]
Cecily, daughter of a witch, was born with dark arts from the Dark Continent and is a native of Yorknew City.
A rift in space and time opens by accident, and the steel-hard body of a Nen user smashes through a building at Jujutsu High.
The principal stares pensively at the three-story ruin, unable to figure out where she came from. It's not cursed energy, nor does it belong to any known system.
"Exorcise curses to pay off your debt. Interested?"
And so she becomes Gojo Satoru's junior.
The rift in space and time is unstable. Every time she disappears, it happens without warning. Sometimes she's gone for days, sometimes for months. Her landing point is always unpredictable: she crashes through classrooms, training grounds, and the ceiling of someone's dorm. Her debt to Jujutsu High keeps growing, so all she can do is keep killing curses, killing curses, killing curses.
The rift opens again. This time, she's gone for longer, returning to a world where combat is pure fun and forgetting all about her adventures in another world.
Ten years later, at 3:17 a.m.
The mysterious junior who disappeared ten years ago crashes through the ceiling of the strongest man in the jujutsu world once again, battered and covered in injuries, and falls into his arms.
Gojo Satoru grabs her wrist. "I have to take responsibility for you."
Cecily stares at him in confusion. It takes her a long time to dredge his face up from the depths of her memory. "Take responsibility? For what?"
"Haha, do you think Hollow Technique: Purple could bring back your memories?"
*
Cecily has an all-powerful mother.
Her mother taught her Nen, taught her to make potions, and taught her how to kill.
Her mother disappeared when she was twelve, leaving behind only a short letter.
The first line: "Actually, you're not human."
The second line: "Lia, you must collect six tears of true love before your eighteenth birthday, or you'll die."
Also known as: A cute blockhead sets off on a quest for tears to stay alive. Primarily a story about the original characters.
