After the Top Police Academy Student Rejected My Confession

Atobe Saori was a fair-skinned beauty with long legs and maxed-out skills across the board, a true all-rounder. At the police academy, she befriended five outstanding young men. On graduation day, she gathered the courage to confess to the blond, dark-skinned hottie she had a crush on, only to be coldly rejected. She even scared the academy's top student so badly that he disappeared for years with his childhood friend. Heartbroken, Saori threw herself into work, solving cases day and night. Then one day, she dreamed of her "future" self, who told her that her friends from the academy would die one after another. With guidance from her parallel world's self, Saori prepared in advance and fought desperately to save four of her friends. Then she threw herself into her career and climbed the ranks. Just as she became the youngest police superintendent in the history of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, the blond, dark-skinned man who had so cruelly rejected her confession reappeared... The heiress, whose self-esteem had taken a serious hit, gave a cold snort and turned to leave. The dark-skinned undercover cop thought, "I'm done for," and began his humble, win-her-back-at-all-costs journey. I'll protect her too, don't worry. Toru: ... What do you do when your best friends all fall for the same person you like? Asking urgently, online. [Reader's Guide] 1.
