Crossing Oceans to Snatch a Book

[Check out my upcoming story, Justice in Yokohama, blurb at the bottom] I wasn't paying attention over the New Year and offered cigarettes and Moutai as tribute. That night, I dreamed of an ancestor crying as she praised my filial piety. She gave me a book and said anything written in it would come true. Du Zhengxuan thought, What a deal! She picked up a pen and wrote four big characters: “Get rich overnight.” The “book”: Please explain in detail when and where the protagonist will achieve the goal of “getting rich overnight,” what methods they will use, and which industry they will work in. The writing must be clear, the content thorough, the plan practically achievable, and the logic self-consistent. The essay must be at least thirty thousand characters long. Du Zhengxuan fell silent, then snapped the book shut. Off to the corner to collect dust it goes. (Furiously) * Later, at the start of the new school year, someone transferred into her class from across the sea. Du Zhengxuan gazed at her new deskmate's orange braids and handsome black hat with unfeigned admiration. “Friend, what possessed you to come here for high school?” The handsome new student spoke stiffly, taking ages to choke out three words: “...For you.” “...Quit flirting, man,” Du Zhengxuan said. “The dean who'll make you cut your hair and take out your colored contacts will be here in three seconds.” * Even in Yokohama, a city teeming with ability users, only a handful of people know that a “book” exists in this world. It's an extraordinary blank book: anything written in it becomes reality. And now it's in the hands of a high school student whose greatest wish is to sleep until seven in the morning. Du Zhengxuan thinks there are more and more lunatics around her. After listening to an earnest request from a black-haired, purple-eyed beauty with bandages, she exchanged a long, speechless look with the dean standing behind him. Du Zhengxuan: “Bro, you're my one and only bro, but my heart belongs to Wang Houxiong and Xue Jinxing. Heaven and earth can bear witness to my devotion.” The dean: “...You recited that memorial to the throne really well.” * A ridiculous little story about Bungo Stray Dogs characters being dragged into high school. Out of character, and don't overthink the logic. * Mainly a Bungo Stray Dogs crossover, with Chuuya as the love interest. Most of it takes place in high school, with some parts set when the characters are adults. * This is an alternate universe and has no connection to any real-world organizations, groups, or people. Justice in Yokohama Hi, my name is Fupo Huili, and I live in Yokohama. Yes, that Yokohama, where the city goes through an average of two hundred crates of bullets every day. My adoptive father calls himself the Demon King. He calls his subordinates January, February, and March, and everyone has to eat a person raw every day. Growing up in this kind of environment, I knew from a young age that a good person like me would have to stand up for justice to get ahead. So the day I saw a white cat ask a little girl if she wanted to become a magical girl, I shot forward in a flash. Quick as you like. I said, “I'll sign, I'll sign! I don't even need to make a wish. Please, just let me sign!” When I finished, both the girl and the white cat gave me an indescribable look. The girl's face said five words: “Are you trying to outdo your dad?” I felt bad and immediately apologized, telling her to go ahead and make her wish first. I'd wait in line. By now, I'm sure you've felt how desperately I want to become a champion of justice. In the end, I became a proud magical girl. When I got home, I told my adoptive father I had become a magical girl and was going to stand up for justice. He scoffed and turned away. My slightly crazy big brother February patted my head and gently asked why I was already spouting nonsense so late at night. I could tell they all looked down on me. It made me so mad. So I packed my bedding and headed to the enemy's Port Mafia headquarters to sign up. The enemy of my enemy is my ally. I'd already planned everything out: first, I'd conceal my identity and work my way up to executive. Then I'd bring down my adoptive father's company, and my adoptive father would be done for. After that, when the Mafia was exhausted, I'd suggest they go to Tokyo to fight Sukuna. I'd flee at the last minute, and the Mafia would be done for, too. With one move, I, Fupo Huili, would eliminate two evils and give Yokohama a clear sky. How about it, friend? Send me 50... I mean, save my story and listen to my plan for justice.
