How to Raise Dazai Scientifically

Complete! Bonus chapters will appear from time to time~ The second book in the series, Infinite-Flow Game with Dark-Era Dazai, is listed at the very end. Blurb: “Make Dazai happy” is one of the most popular projects in the Main God Space, but no one has ever managed to complete it. Alliance Major Kazama Kirin incurred a debt to the Main God Space because of a mix-up, and was forced to take on this long-neglected project. Kazama Kirin: “It's hard to make a grown man happy. So why not raise him from childhood?” Comments: [Don't go! That's the road to hell!] Kazama Kirin: “Hell? That's exactly where I'm headed.” With a whirlwind of moves, he kidnapped rather than bought, taking eight-year-old Dazai from the Tsushima family. Then he established an organization in Yokohama and swallowed up the Port Mafia. He beat the Guild with his fists and kicked the Special Division for Unusual Powers into submission, establishing a new order in the city. Kazama Kirin: “Thanks for asking. I've spent years on the front lines of civilizational expansion. I'm a professional.” Kazama Kirin: “Don't ask how I raised him. Raising a child is mostly about teaching by example.” Under this guidance, Dazai grew into a healthy... black-hearted lotus. - Dazai had long known Kazama Kirin had a secret: he wasn't from this world. He had approached Dazai and raised him solely because of a mission. Dazai didn't really mind that, but this wouldn't do. So “carrying out a mission” meant that Kazama would leave him once it was over, right? In the silent room, the young boy with brown eyes looked into the void. “You do exist, don't you? You people who sent him to me. So what do you want in return? My affection? Control over Yokohama? Something else?” “If you want my affection, it will never reach its limit. If you want control over Yokohama, he'll never truly be able to control it. If it's something else...” As if he'd thought of something, Dazai smiled in a way that sent a chill down the spine. “I'll find you.” - The Main God Space trembled in fear. Could someone explain it to him? We're a respectable Alliance department! We don't do creepy stuff like that! - CP: Dazai × Kazama The first half is mainly about raising Dazai. The romance develops when he's an adult. Everyone gets to survive. Working toward a world where Dazai can be happy~ Warnings: 1. Written by a Dazai fan for herself. This isn't a harem story; she'll only raise Dazai. Everyone else is a subordinate or friend. 2. Establishing a new order means the Port Mafia is gone and a new organization will take its place. Don't read if that bothers you. 3. The outline was drafted quite early, during the Dostoevsky and Dazai prison cell back-and-forth. Many plot points won't line up with later canon. Please note the extensive original worldbuilding. 4. The plot is mainly on the Bungo side, but Gojo and Geto are a background couple. Don't read if that's a dealbreaker~ If you're okay with all that, let's happily raise Dazai together~ Pre-release: Infinite-Flow Game with Dark-Era Dazai Above our world, there are higher-dimensional worlds. Unfortunately, they aren't your friends. - Kazama Kirin possesses the strongest space-type ability, “God's Chessboard,” which lets him manipulate space without limits. While experimenting with his ability, he accidentally slipped into another world. The System's voice rang out coldly: “Welcome to the Infinite-Flow Game. From now on, you will travel between worlds. Complete your missions to earn the chance to have any wish granted. Fail, and the System will erase you.” Dark-Era Dazai, who had come in with him, jumped up, his brown eyes sparkling. “Question! Is being erased painless?” “Painless. However, since the current contestants are from the same world, they have been automatically assigned to a team. If you fail, you will both be erased.” Kazama Kirin: “...” No, he wasn't ready to die yet. Besides He knew perfectly well that he and this boy named Dazai were not from the same world. So why had they been automatically assigned to the same team? - World One: Beika Town Overrun by Zombies. In the last century, Karasuma Renya dreamed of immortality and built a vast organization hidden in the darkness. When research on a rejuvenation drug began to show promise, he had no idea what kind of Pandora's box he had opened... The first person to die from the drug got back up. Then the second, then the third. The world was overrun by the living dead. Find the cure, and this world may have a chance at survival. - World Two: The Saiki K. World and the Volcanic Disasters. This is a world trapped in a cycle of endless destruction. The existence of psychics keeps it in a precarious balance. But how much longer can it hold out? Find a way to stop the volcano from erupting. Warning: Beware of that psychic. He is not your friend. - World Three: The Cursed World of Night-Parading Demons. Ten years ago, the jujutsu sorcerers failed to defeat Sukuna, and humanity's era became history. Intelligent cursed spirits keep humans penned up like livestock, and the number of newborns is rapidly declining. This planet will become a barren dead star. Find the cursed tool that can reverse time and stop it all at the source. - World Four: ... - Despair piled up, and each world was worse off than the last. It was as if two people alone were going up against higher-dimensional worlds. The team, once intent on sabotaging each other, was gradually forced to work together. “How troublesome~” Dazai said nonchalantly. “If we fail the mission, I can finally carry out my long-cherished plan for painless suicide~” “...” “Are you still going to struggle, Kazama? What lies ahead may not be the ‘hope’ you want to see.” The handsome young man raised his head and met those brown eyes filled with darkness. “Dazai, do you really want to die?” Dazai smiled. “...You're such a troublesome person, Kirin. The most troublesome I've ever met.” Warnings: 1. This is technically the second book, but you can understand it seamlessly without reading the first. 2. Dazai and Kazama are both eighteen and adults at the start of this story. They are not the same younger couple from the first book's bonus chapters. 3. Secondary couple: Gojo and Geto. They don't get much plot time. Don't read if that bothers you. 4. The original plot has been heavily altered, with countless original elements. The characters belong to the author; the out-of-character writing is mine~ Core Theme: Love can help people become better versions of themselves
