Watanabe Tetsuha is unbelievably wealthy. His greatest talents seem to be throwing money at people and adopting secret identities. Whether it's the Decay of the Angels, the Special Division for Unusual Powers, the Armed Detective Agency, the Port Mafia, or even overseas organizations that are already quite rich, he's invested in all of them to some extent. You could say he's cast his net across the whole world. Recently, he's been wondering how to raise a successful heir so he can dump this whole burden on them and go travel the world (and cause trouble everywhere). While doing business with the Tsushima family, he happened to discover a child who was overlooked but far too clever for his own good. So when the child ran away from home, he promptly adopted him. As a ******, his extraordinarily long lifespan gives him plenty of time to raise a qualified heir. Only... this clever little kid is just too disobedient. He merely forgot to spend time with the kid now and then (meaning that during the adoption, he only saw him for an hour or two a day), and the disobedient kid ran away to the Port Mafia??? With no other choice, Watanabe Tetsuha went with the flow, put on a secret identity, and went to the Port Mafia to check on the kid. After overcoming countless hardships, he finally finished raising his heir, but... why won't this heir let him leave! Romance (Dazai's perspective): Maybe it was because, even after seeing what he was capable of, the man still said, "But Dazai is still a little kid, isn't he? Children have the right to pout and act spoiled." Maybe it was because of the way he stood in front of him to protect him. Or perhaps it was the tenderness with which he covered Dazai's eyes and cleared away the enemy after saying, "Nobody likes seeing a scene like this, do they?" In front of this man, he could always indulge himself without restraint, just like an ordinary child. Content warning: The author is an extreme Dazai fan. He'll be spoiled! Spoiled rotten! Dazai is so wonderful, of course he deserves to be spoiled! (The deranged words of a Dazai fan.) Top and bottom for the CP are for you to decide. Theme: Salvation is always a two-way street.
