[Anime Crossover] 99% Affection

[For evidence refuting the rumors that I plagiarized, see @StopPinchingMePlease] Asakura Mizuki thought she was probably the Mary Sue type, since everything had gone smoothly for her from childhood onward. For some reason, everyone seemed to come with 100 affection points toward her, and they all wanted to be her friend. That is, until she was fourteen and her romantic feelings blossomed. She confessed to her friends and saw their horrified expressions. "Mizuki! I really like you! But I mean as a friend!" "Mizuki! We're really good friends! But... I only see you as a friend, too..." "Mizuki-chan... I'm sorry... But aren't we friends? We'll always be friends, too!" "...We're best friends. I don't want to ruin that relationship." After 99 consecutive failed confessions, all rejected with the excuse, "We're just best friends," Asakura Mizuki finally understood. She wasn't a Mary Sue. She was a Friendship Sue. Everyone's affection for her wasn't 100, but an eternal 99. After trying again and again to find love and failing, she finally decided to become a villainous boss. She seized the shikigami Hi no Kami, said to be the ancestor of all shikigami, and resolved to usher in the new era she wanted... Except... When she saw the other side's infuriatingly saintly expression, as if to say, "My friend, you've gone astray. I'll wait until you become yourself again, and then we'll still be friends," Boss Mizuki completely snapped. Damn it, stop treating me like a friend! I'm a villain! An enemy! Hate me, for all I care! Just fight me properly, okay? No talking me down! I'm not here for a battle of wits! I've loved before! I'm not interested! ...Ah, whatever. This world would be better off destroyed. Premise:
