The Downside of Being a Lawyer in the World of Anime

When her former stepbrother ran into a problem that ordinary people don't encounter, Miyamura Hina learned that there was another, little-known side to this world. And after looking into it more deeply, she discovered that it wasn't only her stepbrother. There seemed to be something strange going on all around her... Her neighbor's younger brother was kidnapped and provoked by an Italian Mafia group, whose shameless members challenged a middle schooler to a one-on-one fight. A closer look revealed the truth: the boy was actually the rightful heir to an old-line Mafia family! A timid boy was bullied, then fought back and defeated all his tormentors. The heartwarming truth behind it: his childhood friend, who had died, had been protecting him in secret! A poor child who had lost his parents was shunned by his relatives for his strange behavior and constant lying. The shocking truth: he could see yokai! A gang fight in a famous port city led to the discovery of a 7-billion-yuan international smuggling case. Digging deeper revealed a world-shaking secret: there were supernatural weapons capable of rewriting the world's rules! * Miyamura Hina shut her eyes. She got into the law faculty at Tokyo University, passed the bar exam, became a lawyer, and even opened her own law firm... She was ready to handle these strange cases seriously. She had to get that so-called book before those weirdos did! Then she'd write some new laws in it to keep those lawless troublemakers in line!!! Notes: 1. The third book in the Hina series. 2. Blurb archived on 2023.2.25, with minor revisions on 2026.2.8. 3. Hina is still the career-driven, big-sister type. I haven't decided on the male lead yet. The focus is on her bizarre career path. P.S. Neither Gojo nor Geto attends Jujutsu High. 4. As usual, don't bring up other people's novels in my comments, and don't bring up mine in other people's comments. Theme: Even when faced with many choices, don't lose yourself. Follow your heart and choose what you want most.
