Let Me See Who's Putting on an Act

I thought I had simply transmigrated, then I was adopted by a gay couple. It wasn't until I personally witnessed my younger brother being born from my bottom father that I realized what was going on. They always thought I was an Omega and doted on me, until they found out I had neither an gland nor pheromones. The reason I had no dick but could still smell other people's pheromones was that I had developed an extremely rare atavistic trait, one in ten thousand. Just when I thought I wouldn't be able to graduate, the principal of the Empire's First Academy came to me. He said I could study there, but I would have to use my talent to find the people at school pretending to be Betas. At first, I thought it was just a boring job with a distinctive smell. Later, I realized it wasn't as simple as I had imagined. For example, right now, looking at the red-faced student in front of me, I can't tell whether he's a durian-scented Omega in heat, or embarrassed because I caught him boiling shit in the dorm. Please note: 1. This is an ABO setting and a silly comedy. Nobody is particularly intelligent, and the female lead is a Beta. There are quite a few original additions to this ABO worldbuilding, and the story focuses on everyday life. It's a laugh-out-loud comedy, so don't expect strict logic. A lot of it is straight-faced nonsense. 2. The blurb was changed to its current version on April 29, 2020. It won't be long. I'll start posting once I have a hundred thousand words saved up. Theme: Keep your feet firmly on the ground.
