[Western Crossover] I Work as a Family Doctor for the Waynes

Buy with caution!!! Early work!!! The protagonist's characterization has bugs!!! You've been warned!!! Don't flame me!!! Coming soon: "The Magic That Sent Zoro to His End". See the blurb at the bottom. I'm Elanor Tompkins. I used to be one of Gotham's countless orphans. By “used to be an orphan,” I don't mean that I died. Dr. Leslie adopted me, so I got a family. I left Gotham, went to university, studied, took exams, took more exams, did an internship, took more exams, studied, did an internship, studied, and took more exams. Why so much studying, interning, and testing? Of course, it's because I studied medicine, just like Mom! One day, Mom recommended me to Mr. Wayne as a family doctor. Being the Wayne family's doctor is an easy, high-paying job. It pays no less than being a plastic surgeon, and it's a breeze. I take that back. The pay is great, but it's not easy. Can someone explain why Gotham's richest man has more metal pins inside him than bones? Even extreme sports can't do that to you! Deep breath. Next up: Dick looks like he has broken every bone in his body at least once. Jason looks like he died and came back to life. Tim has no spleen, and it looks like he's broken every bone, too. Same goes for eleven-year-old Damian. Cassandra has problems with her bones and muscles, as well as a speech disorder. I need a therapist. The six members of the Wayne family couldn't scrape together a single intact bone. Ha ha. Ha. The only explanation I can think of is that Gotham's richest family, the Waynes, are actually bat-themed vigilantes who fly around at night. Later, Mom said she had a secret to tell me. I thought I already knew. Before I went to university, I found out I was an abandoned baby Mom had adopted. But Mom said I was a child who had grown in her heart, not an abandoned baby. I was deeply moved. Then Mom said Mr. Wayne was a bat. Huh? A bat? Mom nodded seriously. Oh no, my mom has dementia! Heartbroken, I took Leslie in for a full medical checkup. A month later, Mom said that young Master Wayne was a bird, specifically a robin. I made Mom get an EEG, then called a friend who specialized in neurology. I'll cure you, Mom. I, Dr. Elanor Tompkins, hereby swear that I will devote my life to curing my mother, Dr. Leslie, of her cognitive impairment. Reader's note: 1. The author is not a medical student. All medical knowledge comes from American and British medical dramas, and characters from American TV shows may make guest appearances. Please don't take it as realistic. 2. No romance, just everyday comedy. Very little plot. Coming soon After helping an old woman in the village clean the hero's statue yet again, Frieren receives “Magic That Helps Others” and “Magic That Translates Languages” as rewards. “Magic That Helps Others” is said to guide a mage toward people who need help. So Frieren is dragged along by her staff, across the sea, over the mountains, through the universe... “It's so dark! I'm scared!” Why is it as dark as the inside of a mimic chest?! Why hasn't anyone pulled me out yet?! Looks like I'll just have to blast my way out of the mimic chest... The white-haired elf opens her eyes, ready to cast a spell, and suddenly finds herself facing a whole crowd of tall, handsome elves! They live in a mansion more luxurious than the royal capital! When did the elf village become like this?! An elf village... Isn't it supposed to be a village? Frieren tries to communicate. “Has the elf village been rebuilt?” Loading voice pack... Load failed... She can't understand a word these tall members of her own race are saying. Frieren tries speaking in Ancient Elvish. “Has the elf village been rebuilt?” Second voice-pack loading attempt, complete failure! She still can't understand what they're saying, but they seem to keep saying “Noldor” and “Sindar,” especially “Sindar.” Wait, the old woman gave her “Magic That Translates” as a reward, didn't she? Frieren: =v= Now she can finally understand what they're saying. Frieren: Excuse me, is this the rebuilt elf village? Elrond: A village? How is Imladris a village? How can elves be associated with the word “village”? Frieren: As far as I remember, the elf village was slaughtered by demons... It's wonderful that it's been rebuilt like this. You are Elrond. You established the “Last Homely House,” and now a young elf who seems to have come from the future says that the Last Homely House you founded is a village, and that this village was eventually massacred by dark creatures. Choose how you feel. This story is also known as "Remembering the Late Demon King-Slaying Husband While Fighting Sauron in Middle-earth" Like the original, which mentions Himmel in every episode, every chapter will include a flashback to Himmel.
