A Stroke to Crown the Phoenix

With a flourish of her brush, Cha Yue Mengsu establishes a nation and ascends the throne as the Great Phoenix Empress. The pages become ten thousand miles of territory, and the comments section becomes the Golden Throne Hall. Everyone who reads her words transforms into one of her subjects. Likes are the people’s praise, long reviews are memorials to the throne, arguments are court debates, and abandoning the story is like the people being driven from their homes. When she first took the throne, she thought the brush alone was Heaven’s will, and that a single word could determine a nation’s rise or fall. But she gradually discovers that her subjects have minds of their own. Some submit petitions praising the emperor, some speak frankly to criticize her failings, and others even challenge her authority, calling on everyone to demand that she abdicate.
