If your thoughts on the Tao are lacking, you can practice pure and simple exercises and methods that return to your original nature, and avoid the profound and complicated principles of the Tao; if your Tao connections are lacking, you can use magic weapons to protect you. It is known that there is no blame, and the holy teaching is true. 2. Internal and external synaesthesia Taoist cultivators are extremely sensitive to qi mechanisms and cannot distinguish the difference between the vitality of heaven and earth and the circulation of qi pulses and breaths, and cannot absorb the essence of heaven and earth for their own use. Xudan Chengyun Golden elixir monks have extremely pure spiritual consciousness. Every movement and stillness can be felt by the soul; turning around without gaps, you can control it as you wish. The four elements are mutually generated and combined with the golden elixir, and the mixed elixir has more powerful power. Mainly based on the Five Elements Mysterious Seeds, the body's vitality is controlled to form an elixir. This is the so-called "outer elixir" method, with six, seven, eight and nine levels, and the fifth level is between internal and external. Using the fifth-level mysterious seed to condense the golden elixir, the accumulation of Yuan Guang in the body and the external mysterious seed are just right and complement each other, which is called "Dragon and Tiger Holding Pill Technique". 2. The six-level Nascent Soul, whose path is still unfinished, coincides with the principle of the rotation of heaven and earth, and is known as the "six-turn infant transformation". The Golden Elixir Realm and the Nascent Soul Realm are the difference between "training Qi to stay in form" and "asking for immortality". You can feel the same as heaven and earth and touch their shapes, but your own basic scale cannot be the same as heaven and earth. 2. Lifespan The lifespan of a near-level martial artist is 20,000 years, and that of a local immortal is 30,000 years. Differences Before entering the true stream, there may be differences in the size of the magic power; but after realizing the true way, the magic power of every enlightenment power in a realm is exactly the same. The six or seven strongest people in the Nine Sects who have realized Yuxuan. 4. Three Views and Concentrations It is the thing that maintains the mind of one realm, determines the order of one realm, and completes one realm. Once the two steps are completed, the Dao realm will be completed, and then you can step into the real next realm, and enter deeply into the three thousand realms of secrets, the "secret realm" among the secluded and mysterious. 2. Yu Jing Xuan Realm In terms of perfect realms, the Dao Realm Zhen Realm establishes the foundation of Taoism; the Dao Realm Enlightenment Realm masters the secrets of Zhen Liu; the Yu Xuan Xuan Realm allows one to see the complete Zhen Liu; the Yu Xuan Xuan Realm allows one to glimpse the back of Zhen Liu. But for the realms above perfection, it is possible to achieve the true realm of Dao Realm, mastering the secret of the true flow; the realm of enlightenment, the realm of enlightenment, observing the complete true flow; the realm of yuxuan, after catching a glimpse of the true flow; reaching the mysterious realm of the ethereal realm, one can be prepared in advance for the harvesting of the Tao Fruit. 3. In the Dharma of sentient beings, if two monks of the opposite sex who are equal to your own in nature and wisdom practice dual cultivation, one person's path will be cut off, and the other person will forever fall into the state of "withered heart" and cannot make any progress in cultivation. 2. The Tribulation of the Dust Heart At the first level of the Nine-Nine Mysterious Gate, when you first enter the path, your dust heart is not yet settled, and your six roots are impure, making it difficult to uphold your true mind and understand your nature. It can be broken by secret methods. The disciples in Chongxiao Pavilion can be broken by the third level monk of Yuanying. 3. Shadow Chasing Tribulation The third great difficulty is like a shadow in front of you. No matter how hard you run, it is difficult to surpass it. The monks trapped in this level are allowed to practice hard, meditate and perform exercises, absorb spiritual energy, and move the heavens. During the practice, it seems that they have made a lot of progress, but afterward, it seems that they are stuck in the same place without making any progress. This barrier can be broken through secret techniques and exotic treasures. Most of them appear in the second level of Nascent Soul, and the earliest ones are in the third and fourth levels of Jindan. The higher the qualifications of the ascetic, the deeper the understanding of the Tao, the more advanced the practice, and the earlier the time of emergence. 4. Impermanent Heart Tribulation Among the thirty-six heart gates, it is not very common; but once it occurs, it is also a very lethal gate. Many talented people fail to recover after encountering setbacks. This is not because they have a bad temperament and cannot withstand the blow; rather, their way of doing things, their status, and their identity and stance have all been solidified. Once these once-gloryes are impacted, if they are not adequately prepared, they will definitely feel that everything is not going well, and they will no longer be able to act in accordance with the old ways that suit them, and eventually embark on the path of self-destruction with a broken heart. Only by clearly understanding the principle of impermanence that "does not remain stagnant in things and follows the passage of the world" and adjusts one's mind at any time according to changes in external objects can we successfully overcome this crisis. (2) Seventy-two Difficulties 1. Tuizhi Pass Outer disciples generally use the word "Zhan", while true disciples use the word "Hua". 2. Desire Pass 12. Cultivation Objects (1) Qualifications After the monks reach the golden elixir realm, the main method of cultivation is to refine the essence of the Five Elements, which is divided into four categories according to the level: Five Elements Fine Jade, Five Elements Gang Jade, Five Elements Yuan Jade, and Five Elements Danshui. Among them, the Five Elements Jade has eleven impurities, the Five Elements Gang Jade has a hundred and one impurities, the Five Elements Yuan Jade has a thousand and one impurities, and the Five Elements Dan Shui is truly pure without any slight flaws. The first two are used by Jindan monks, the Five Elements Yuanying is the cultivation material for Zhenyu Yuanying, and the Five Elements Danshui is used by Zhenjun, and is usually stored in Fengyuan Liang gas bottles. (2) Treasure Fetus 1. Function The full name is Yuan Yi Bao Fei, which refers to the main treasure material for refining the natal magic weapon. Rare objects of heaven and earth that are not truly pure and subtle cannot bear this important task. The natal magic weapon is part of the monk's path and can be called the pivotal mechanism that governs the trinity of soul, magic power and magical power. The condensed treasure fetus can be called the most important external object after a monk reaches the golden elixir realm. 2. Nine Refinings Every time a monk advances to a small level in the Golden Elixir Yuanying realm, he can refine his life magic weapon once.
