Panda in Disguise

[Everything in this story is fictional. If you encounter any wild animals outdoors, do not tease or feed them. Please leave as quickly as possible.]

After being mistaken for a panda by tourists for the 114,514th time, Sundried Bamboo couldn't take it anymore and went to the pond to look at its reflection. Unless it was pitch-black, how did it look anything like one?

"Why do people mistake us for pandas whenever I'm with you?" Sundried Bamboo bit Gesang's ear, indignant. It was yellow and black, not "that panda is so dirty"!

Gesang licked Sundried Bamboo's fur in return and joked, "They never imagined there'd be a Tibetan brown bear in Wolong, too."

Gesang knew that ever since it and Sundried Bamboo had become internet sensations, the odds of people mistaking Sundried Bamboo would probably get... lower, right? Everyone knew there was a male Tibetan brown bear dating a male giant panda.

Sundried Bamboo looked up and saw that stone camera coming again in the distance. Wouldn't those two-legged creatures rather study the romance between a Tibetan brown bear and a giant panda than investigate who had abandoned it in the Wolong Nature Reserve in the first place?

Theme: Keeping your distance from wild animals is how you protect them.
