Player Thomas's Bat-Raising Diary [Western Crossover]

As a fine young man of the 21st century, Thomas had originally rejected the idea of one of those so-called child-raising games.

#But Bruce is just so cute!

What's more, the game was made by a tiny indie studio with no budget, and its combat balance was wildly unfair. Thomas's corpse could have filled the entire Gotham Bay.

#But Bruce is just so cute!!

His friends Martha, Jonathan, Howard, and the others all quit because the difficulty was too high. In the end, Thomas was left alone to fight all the forces of evil.

Thomas gave in.

Who in the world could resist Bruce's blue eyes? He certainly couldn't.

Then, with a snap, eight-year-old Bruce died in an alley.

Thomas: ...?

Twelve-year-old Bruce died at the hands of the Court of Owls.

Eighteen-year-old Bruce died while studying abroad.

Thomas: ??

Countless Bruces died in Gotham, and countless Robins fell to the ground with mournful cries.

The palatial Wayne Manor was forever caught between bustling activity and loneliness. The souls who had suffered so much and given everything seemed destined never to find peace.

When the world was invaded once again, Thomas Wayne, told by the kids to stay home, smiled and picked up his communicator.

"You little punks, how dare you hurt my son! Didn't you know we can play across servers now?!"

Note:

1. No pairings. Martha is a friend, like having a child together in a game with a friend.

2. The timeline is chaotic, and there are tons of headcanons.

Theme: A parent's love for their children can overcome any obstacle
