[Western Crossover] A Big Player's Speedrun Through Gotham

Rex is a sandbox gamer. Every day, the moment he opens his eyes, he’s grinding away! After clearing the game on the highest difficulty once again, he starts a new save, planning to collect everything and take it easy. [Creating world, difficulty: Master] [Generating city...] [World: Gotham, generated] [Welcome to Gotham] And so, the nightmares of Gotham’s villains began. At first, he only dropped some useless junk and chests. The villains didn’t pay it any mind. Next, a guy who looked like the Joker and called himself Rex started helping himself to their assets. The villains figured it was just some new Joker having a breakdown, so they ignored him. Then Rex tore their homes to pieces, and the villains tried to band together to take him down. Finally, when Rex kidnapped them and locked them in a 2.4-by-2.4-meter stone room, forcing them to become suppliers for a player, the villains finally lost it. Just as they were preparing to sue Rex, they discovered in horror that he was already getting along with aliens too, in the most literal sense. Where are the vigilantes? Where’s the big Bat? Somebody help! Rex: “Ha ha! Fighting feels great! Charge, charge! Charge straight into battle!” * Gotham City has recently gained a new friend: a bone-chilling antihero. He never shows his true face. Sometimes he dresses like the Joker, sometimes like a vigilante, and no one can figure him out. Every time he appears, chaos follows in ways no one could predict. Every word he says seems to carry a hidden meaning. He has built an underground base beside Arkham Asylum. No one knows how deep it goes. Some even say it reaches all the way to the earth’s core. But when you ask him who he is, he always tells you: His name is Rex. * The player spends the whole story tormenting the villains. Heroes and antiheroes caught in the crossfire can raise their Luck stat to prevent it from happening again. * Many elements of the original setting will be heavily reworked. * A lighthearted story with no logic. * The game system is Terraria. There will be bosses from the game, along with plenty of reworking. * Updates daily at 6 p.m. Comments are open. Theme: People can live freely and happily, with hope in their hearts.
