Kelin transmigrated into a horror movie.
As everyone knows, horror movies usually feature a group of young men and women going somewhere unfamiliar to invite disaster. From the start, one doomed extra is bound to die.
Unfortunately, Kelin was that extra.
No big deal. Based on years of watching movies, Kelin knew that as long as she stayed curious about nothing, she wouldn't die.
She managed to survive by relying on her movie-watching experience, until one day, a different sort of noise came from the music room in the castle: a typical horror-movie couple looking for a thrill, and it was obvious what they were doing.
Oh no, this was something she really wanted to know about!
Kelin had just crept up to the crack in the door for a peek when she met a pair of inhuman eyes.
The other smiled smugly. “So this is what you like.”
Kelin: “.” No! Why aren't you following the usual script!
[2]
To save her own skin, Kelin proposed a deal to the monster before her: she would stay and keep it company.
Later, the monster took liberties, putting its arms around her, hugging and kissing her, and climbing into her bed time and again to fondle her. She put up with all of it.
So Kelin not only survived, she even made it to the end of the movie, where the monster was killed.
Let's not talk about what happened along the way. The damn monster usually looked like a person, but whenever it lost itself in a frenzy, it stopped looking human altogether. It put her through hell.
But after Kelin left, she discovered that the outside world was full of even more strangeness and bloodshed.
Whatever. Rule number two for surviving a horror movie: Treat every abnormal thing as normal.
A head split in half? Normal. A spider with human legs? Also normal.
Until Kelin heard an argument next door. That was not normal!
Things were being smashed everywhere, and the fight was loud enough to shake the heavens. What Chinese person could possibly resist being curious?!
Kelin certainly couldn't. Just as she pressed her ear to the wall, the arguing stopped. An arm suddenly tightened around her waist. Somehow, the wall she'd been leaning against had become a man's chest, and the gloomy old castle had returned around her.
The man's wanton, amused voice fell from above her head. “Didn't you say you'd stay with me forever, darling?”
Kelin: “. .” Oh no, it seemed this monster had her wrapped around its finger!
But hadn't it already died?!
*
In the end, she was the one who broke their deal first. So when she was so exhausted that even her fingertips were trembling, Kelin couldn't help cursing inwardly. Damn it, she'd actually forgotten that most horror-movie bosses come back to life at the very end!

In truth, it wasn't just Kelin's love of gossip and sticking her nose into things that gave Uriel a hold over her.
It was all her kinks, too.
For instance, the more Uriel revealed its hideous, terrifying monster form at certain moments, the more Kelin seemed to feel... excited.
[Reader's Guide:]
■ The male lead isn't a ghost. He's completely nonhuman, with no morals or ethics, and an absolutely, absolutely, absolutely, absolutely awful personality!!!! The author's kinks are going wild, and they want to get submissive with him. There are some mildly coercive elements, so proceed with caution if that's not your thing.
■ You can tell from the blurb: the heroine's type is exactly the male lead. They really are two halves of a whole 😌😌😌 A lovey-dovey romance where they're always clinging to each other ^ε^
■ As always, feel free to drop the novel without telling me. The author is fragile and will keel over the moment they see it.
