■ Episodic story, title undecided, all the male leads are real ghosts
■ [Episode One] Psychiatric patient × male ghost
After Mei Li was diagnosed with a mental illness, she moved into a new house to recover both physically and mentally.
On her first day there, a record began playing by itself in the empty living room. The lights flickered, and a cheerful humming came from the hallway, followed by a knock at her door.
Mei Li opened it. There was no one outside.
Mei Li calmly closed the door. "I must not be taking enough medication."
Later, she woke in the middle of the night and tried to check the time, but her screen had locked after too many incorrect password attempts, as if someone had been trying to snoop through her phone.
Mei Li calmly took another pill and went back to sleep.
But the medication meant to suppress her illness didn't seem to be working. Her hallucinations were getting more and more intense.
The feeling of being watched everywhere, doors opening on their own when there was no wind, and the heavy breathing behind her while she lay in bed trying to rest.
Mei Li had no choice but to call her doctor in the middle of the night and make an appointment for another checkup!
Before she could even set out, the asshole enemy who had caused her mental illness came looking for her again and started making trouble.
Mei Li looked at the crowd of assholes in front of her, took a deep breath, and quietly went into the kitchen to get a knife.
Just then, it was as if a cold hand had settled on her shoulder, stopping her from moving.
A barely audible voice came from behind her, right beside her ear. "Let me handle it."
Mei Li knew she was having another episode. "Sure," she replied.
The next second, the people's bodies were pierced, then lifted by an invisible force and pinned to the ceiling.
Blood rained down before Mei Li's eyes.
The person behind her seemed almost tangible. He gently took her hand and said, as casually as if nothing were wrong, "Don't worry. I'll clean up our home."
Mei Li: "..." She seemed to have seen a ghost.
The first time he saw Mei Li, Dao Si was sitting on a dust-covered sofa, smiling. "Another one."
■ [Episode Two] A male ghost clings to her, trying to return to life:
Qi Shu had a strange dream. In it, she had sex with a young, unfamiliar male ghost.
He also always liked to make her open her eyes face-to-face, forcing her to look at the mottled bloodstains on his face.
Qi Shu cursed him out, while somehow finding the whole thing... exciting.
Most importantly, the male ghost never seemed to run out of stamina, which she was quite happy about.
But when it went on like this for the next few days, Qi Shu realized something was wrong. She felt like she was about to turn into a dried-out corpse.
A coworker noticed that something was off and introduced her to a Taoist priest.
The priest took one look at Qi Shu and said a male ghost was following her. His resentment was extremely deep, and yin-yang union could help him return to life quickly.
He added, "Unless you can clear his resentment for him and make him willingly enter reincarnation."
That night, the male ghost clung to her again. Realizing her life was at risk, Qi Shu kicked him away, then decided to have a serious talk with the lecherous ghost.
"Leave me alone, and I'll help you get revenge. How about it?"
Seeing his calm expression, Qi Shu thought he might agree, so she asked, "Who killed you?"
Unexpectedly, the male ghost stared at her mournfully for a long time, then reached out to her.
■ A younger male lead who is a real ghost
■ Something is off about the female lead
This is the story I had previously listed as a pre-order for two male ghosts. I felt I wouldn't be able to write much, and it was taking up space, so I replaced it. Later, I realized I could turn it into an episodic story! So I'm putting it up here!
