[Due to a busy work schedule lately, updates will probably be weekly, though the frequency is uncertain. I'm very sorry.]
Officer Matsuda, male, 26.
A proud member of the Bomb Disposal Unit who died in the line of duty.
He'd thought that after being blown up, he'd ascend to heaven and see his deceased friends.
He opened his eyes to find himself in a strange mountain village, with a monster's stinking mouth reaching toward him.
Matsuda: ...
After barely escaping death, he found that the monsters he encountered in the days that followed outnumbered the bombs he'd defused, and the rules he came across were more complicated than the cryptic messages he'd seen before dying in Beika Town.
The solid materialism he'd built up over 26 years came crashing down.
Matsuda: Seriously, why not send me back to Beika Town to face three cases a day?
There was no helping it. Behind every set of rules he solved was a world on the verge of death. With his strong sense of responsibility, Officer Matsuda grumbled as he rescued a few people, then a few more worlds.
Before long, he was surrounded by followers whose eyes sparkled.
He became the [First].
He led all the [Starbound] through to the final world, the one the Plane's will had explicitly said would let them all return to their own homes once it was saved.
Matsuda went in.
Matsuda came out.
Matsuda's soul ascended, and he was so shocked he completely lost control of his expression.
"You're saying the final world is my hometown?!?!"
The world of Detective Conan fell into a grave crisis. Chaos, collapse, and corruption invaded people's hearts, while countless shadows of darkness slowly festered.
Saint Tower: Mirror Maze Arc (Complete)
Deep beneath the earth, in the cold darkness, stood a vast laboratory. It operated normally during the day, while at night, humanoid monsters ran wild.
In the dim light reflected by the mirrors, someone with Matsuda's face stepped out of the mirror maze with a smile. He reached out to Matsuda, his tone teasing, deep malice hidden in his eyes.
"I've wanted to meet you for so long, little Jinpei~"
Fiying: Orphanage Arc (Complete)
There was a famous orphanage in New York. The children there were not only well-behaved and sensible, but very smart, too. But for some reason, the teachers were constantly changing.
Matsuda came to apply for a teaching position at the orphanage with a friend. He worked diligently, teaching the children all sorts of subjects by day and how to beat people up by night.
In the end, he successfully seized power and became the orphanage's director in the truest sense of the word.
"We want to keep following you, so please keep teaching us, Mr. Matsuda."
The innocent children smiled up at him.
Red Cliff/Absurdity: House of Hope/Urban Legends Research Institute Arc (Ongoing)
The world lies in ruins, and Matsuda patches it back together, always rushing around trying to save everyone.
He saves the fate of the planet, leading everyone toward a brighter future.
Notes:
This story has no romantic pairing. The Starbound are either Matsuda fans or twisted Matsuda fans.
Much of the infinite-world and evil-god monster material is my own invention, so this isn't a conventional infinite-world story.
The story starts directly with Matsuda returning to the Detective Conan world, not with his entering the infinite worlds.
There is a plot where characters on the good side are controlled or even brainwashed by the bad side. For readability, this won't be pointed out again in the story.
Coming soon:
A no-pairing spin-off in the same series, Has Hagiwara Come Home Today?
As a proud member of the Bomb Disposal Unit who died in the line of duty,
22-year-old Hagiwara had thought that after being blown up, he'd ascend to heaven and see his deceased friends.
He opened his eyes to find himself in a strange space, where he made a contract with a System.
He also agreed to help the System complete missions in various worlds.
In exchange, once all the missions were complete, the System would bring him back to life in his original world.
And so, in order to go home, Hagiwara embarked on a long journey of missions.
World One: Save a gloomy, violent aristocrat in Heian-kyo.
His first destination was Heian-kyo, where he became a servant in a noble household.
Because he was sweet-tongued and kindhearted, and quick on his feet, he was assigned to the household's youngest son, Kibutsuji Muzan.
Seeing the other servants looking at him as if they were sending him to his death, Hagiwara's smile stiffened.
Is he really that scary?
Yikes, he really is scary.
Hagiwara put on a frightened expression.
It felt like one wrong word would get him dragged off and killed.
Help me~ Little Jinpei---
World Two: Help a boy from a family of fishmongers reach the pinnacle of life!
A new teacher arrived in Namimori. His classes were funny and engaging, and he was well-connected. Everyone liked him.
Tsunayoshi liked this teacher too, because the teacher didn't look down on him for being a good-for-nothing. Instead, he patiently tutored him.
Even his classmates started treating him more kindly.
That made him hate school a little less. He no longer went just because Kyoko was there.
But he never expected a baby to suddenly show up at his house one day and tell him:
"Become the Tenth Vongola Boss!"
Hagiwara arrived in Namimori and found that the locals were simple and friendly, which helped soothe the wounds left by the previous world.
Then he discovered that his adorable student was actually the head of a famous family of fishmongers.
He looked at the mission, then at the boy with his bright, determined eyes.
Hagiwara's eyes curved into a smile.
You always shine so brightly, Tsunayoshi-chan.
World Three: ...
Hagiwara, who traveled through world after world, worked incredibly hard.
All so he could finally go home and see his parents, his sister, and his childhood friend.
He would grin and tell them, "I'm home!"
Another no-pairing spin-off: Suffering for a Wonderful World
A new girl transferred to the police academy. She wore a butterfly hair ornament, moved lightly, was highly skilled, and excelled in every subject.
During the running test, her speed was astonishing, her explosive power formidable, and her movements swift.
During medical rescue practice, her posture was perfect, her hands steady, and her work efficient and precise.
When demons appeared in the pitch-black alley, her blade flashed coldly and her gaze was icy.
The five police academy students: S-Scary...
Yet every day, this equally outstanding girl injected herself with poison to kill demons. She suffered until her veins bulged and sweat poured down her face, but the intense, deep-rooted hatred in her eyes never changed.
The white snake around her wrist flicked its tongue, watching as she gradually got to know people and make friends at the academy, worked with them to slay demons, and saw one friend after another off.
In the end, the girl died at the hands of a demon with seven-colored irises.
"I felt all your sadness, your pain, and your hatred burning without end."
"Thank you for the meal."
The white snake flicked its tongue and narrowed its golden eyes as it spoke to the girl's soul. "In exchange, I'll give you another chance."
"Call my name."
"System."
A quiet, orderly girl with blue hair transferred to Class 2-C at Rikkai University in the second half of the school year. She was reserved and silent, and even her smile looked forced.
She joined no activities. Like dust floating in the air, she spoke to no one, shut herself away in a fortress of solitude, and stayed apart from everyone else.
The listless girl was always skipping class, and when she did attend, she just put her head down on her desk.
At the same time, rumors began to spread in Kanagawa. At an abandoned building where people died, or on a hospital rooftop late at night, people driven into desperate situations would try to kill themselves, only to be rescued by a blue figure.
Suicide rates were soaring throughout Japan.
But Kanagawa had somehow managed to remain peaceful.
None of this had anything to do with the students at Rikkai University, until one cold winter, when a boy who had fainted and been taken to the hospital encountered an animal that looked like a cat and a rabbit. It blinked its blood-red eyes and smiled at him.
Then a sword pierced it without mercy.
The quiet girl from his class appeared in the hospital room, glanced at the boy in surprise, and jumped out the window.
The parallel lines that had never crossed suddenly intersected. The boys who had fought and struggled for their dreams began to get to know the girl, but in the end, their dreams were still shattered, and the world was still full of despair.
"I've received all your pain and sadness. Do you want another chance?"
The white snake coiled around itself, its gaze toward the girl full of amusement.
"Make a wish to me."
Is there a wish you want to come true?
Anything at all.
Just make a wish to me.
A lighthearted child's voice, full of teasing, echoed in their minds.
With an innocent smile, System held out a hand to the person before him.
Come on, offer me your deepest pain.
As a creature that fed on negative emotions such as pain and anger, System worked diligently to seek out delicious food.
He took his contractors from world to world, letting them share the tragic stories they'd witnessed and drawing sustenance from them.
A clear young voice shouted happily:
Offer up your pain to this wonderful world!
Theme: Even in the face of hardship, still have the courage to move forward.
I don't know if Zhufu Gaoming and Yamato Gansuke will come, but there will only be police when there is a murder case [cheek holding]
All in all, please don't stop updating.
Parasite... Reminds me of "The Murmur of an Angel"
Xiao Zhenping has worked hard for so long, it's really hard work
There's new progress, okay
Will Aoi Kobashi still pass away? I hope there will be no more regrets 😂
The scene changes so quickly Σ(O_O)
Thank you to heaven, thank you to earth, thank you for your hard work~
[Cat's claw][pill][cat's claw] Okay, okay, I'm here 😣 😣 😣
Sure enough, in the end, there was still someone who was willing to sacrifice [holding the chin]
