[Beyond the World] Snow Among a Thousand Lanterns

If falling snow could speak, what would it say?

Would it pour out its longing, lament a parting, or plead for someone to stay...

"Snow falls without a sound, the sky's fragments of what it cannot forget..."

Reader's notes:

1. Beyond the World, Gu Shiye and the snowy winds of Beilu continue. This adds a little to the story from Gu Shiye's point of view.

2. I've been away from the fandom for too long to bother checking details, so there may be a few bugs or out-of-character moments.

3. Rather than saying I wanted to write about Fourth Brother, you could say I wanted to write a little about the parents' love story (?). If that bothers you, read at your own risk.

Theme: Quit keeping your mouth shut and just say something already!
