[The blurb may change, but the premise won't. I haven't settled on the heroine's name.]

Due to an accident, Wano Country was erased from the world's timeline.
But the Poneglyphs had to exist. The place where Seastone was originally found couldn't change. And the Straw Hats' journey had to take them to an island with a distinctly Wano-like atmosphere...
So, to prevent the world from collapsing, W, conscripted by the world's will, found a fragment of the Naruto world and incorporated it into the world of One Piece, filling the ecological niche Wano had left behind.
But to make the new timeline consistent, W had to first act under secret identities and convince the whole world that the Poneglyphs, Seastone, Pluton, and more all came from that nation of ninjas.
Only then could the fragment of the Naruto world fully merge with this world, and the original characters behind the secret identities truly appear in it.
Of course, as a reward, W wouldn't just be resurrected, gain power, and accomplish what she had always truly wanted to do...
She would also be able to do something for the characters and worlds she had once sincerely loved.
The sea is all-embracing!
And so, an island called the "Land of the Ninja" took its place on the stage of history!

[Alabasta Arc]:
When Crocodile threatened Robin into deciphering the Poneglyphs to find the location of Pluton, a crow brought news of the Uchiha clan's whereabouts.
"The Poneglyphs? They're stone tablets passed down from the Uchiha clan's ancestors."
Wearing a black robe patterned with red clouds, a young man named Itachi spoke with a blank expression, but his tone was full of pity:
"Everything in this world has a weakness. You fell this far because you pursued outside power and stopped believing in yourself, Sand Crocodile."

This is a romance, but the pairing hasn't been decided.
2.
I don't particularly dislike the Wano arc in the original. I just found it a little dull, so I wanted to try writing another possibility.
Wano has disappeared, but the characters from Wano in the original story haven't. They'll have different backgrounds and experiences.
If he weren't a shogun, and were simply a pirate or a swordsman, Kozuki Oden might be a pretty decent guy. Momonosuke wouldn't have to bear a burden he was too young to shoulder and fail at it. And Hiyori and Yamato, of course, would be free to find their own way across the vast sea...
3.
The secret identities won't be exposed. The story begins with secret identities and later shifts to a group transmigration. The original owners of the protagonists' secret identities know about their impersonation.
Once the timeline change succeeds, the ninjas will truly live in this world.
4.
The protagonist's true identity will have a significant presence. She'll have her own life and adventures alongside her impersonation.
5.
This isn't about comparing whether the One Piece or Naruto characters have it better. I just want the Naruto characters, when they're struggling and in pain, to realize that they can see an ocean over there.
Theme: Life is an adventure, and love!
