[Buy the complete novel for just 3.5 and get a lighthearted little sweet treat] Alia, an underage squid, is accidentally dropped into Gotham City on her commute. The bad news: she has transmigrated. She’s in unfamiliar waters and doesn’t speak the language. The good news: she comes with the “Gotham Work Assistant” app from the start. Complete daily tasks at designated locations to earn a mountain of points and all sorts of precious items. Alia stares at the English language pack in the shop, then flashes an evil grin at the thugs trying to rob her. She snatches their crowbar. “Great! Now you’re surrounded!” And then there’s the cheap friend she accidentally tied up, sitting in the corner: a human who has nothing going for him except his looks. When is this despicable human who faked an injury going to wake up? * Jason, former Robin, back from the dead. After regaining his memories, he’s determined to clean up Gotham’s dark side, and preferably make that big Bat cry and regret everything. The only problem is that an alien girl who met him while he had amnesia has become his teammate. No matter. She’ll realize that the Jason she once knew is gone. The man standing before her now is the antihero Jason! He goes to great lengths to escape his status as a squid’s teammate. “I’m going to get revenge on Bruce.” “If I see him, I’ll pass along your proposal.” “I believe in fighting violence with violence.” “I’m a law-abiding squid. Don’t drag me into prison with you.” Jason: Help. I ran into an alien squid who wants to be my teammate. I’m resisting with all my might, but I can’t fight her off. #Teammate or girlfriend? I can tell the difference myself #Can an electronic squid dream of a wild Red Hood? #Alia’s arsenal over the years * Reading guide: 1. This is a pairing story. 2. Silly comedy, OOC, lots of headcanons, chaotic timeline. Below is the blurb for the upcoming novel, “[Western Crossover] A Hundred Romances with Robin”: You’re a crystal jellyfish who accidentally became human. You’re immortal and an assassin, but otherwise unremarkable. You transfer to a high school in Gotham, and while you’re at it, help your adoptive father steal a gem. Your adoptive father says your mission is simple: keep your identity secret and don’t get in the way. So you realize you only have to do three things: 1. Evade your deskmate’s questions. 2. Evade your online friend’s questions. 3. Evade Robin’s questions. Then you realize all three of them are the same person. On the night of the mission, you get into a huge fight with this three-in-one human. Suddenly, the three-in-one pins you against the wall in a fit of anger. The three-in-one kisses you by force, then accuses you of being a love con artist who’s already kissed him three times! You’ve even been in love twice! You, with no memory of any of it: ... * Whenever you get hurt, you reset to your previous state. That’s how crystal jellyfish live forever. “But I’m not hurt.” Even the slightest urge to reproduce also triggers a forced reset. “She’s just fallen in love with you.” Damian initially thinks he’s run into a little liar. Later, he wishes she really were a love con artist. Message: Work hard, maintain public order, and protect the people.
