You hear Gotham has simple, honest folk and a wealth of talented people, so you choose it without hesitation, certain you've made a safe bet! The ghost in tiny green scale-patterned shorts: ...Fine! The two of you fall in love while working together. He's a few years younger than you, but you don't mind. After all, you're both dead. Still, you have one last boundary: you plan to have someone back home send over a couple of books on ghost cultivation, so you can turn the little ghost into a big ghost. But by the time the books arrive, he's come back to life. You, caught off guard: ...People can come back to life overseas? The little ghost: ...I didn't know either. You: Are we still dating? If not, we can wait until you die. The little ghost, now a big ghost: Yes! I'll date you whether I'm alive or dead. Reader's Guide [A useful tip: If you don't like it, don't read it. But don't read pirated copies and then say nasty things. (I've already seen it, such as people attacking me and the heroine with really cruel words. I don't understand the point. Maybe some people enjoy having no manners.) There are countless great stories out there. You can just click the X here and read something else. Also, about the heroine's name: Before I started writing, I had no idea her name would match a place name. If you're okay with that, please keep reading. If not, feel free to choose another story. The main story is straight and the roles aren't reversed. Both are mentioned in the titles, so please leave as soon as possible if you're uncomfortable. 4. The story is mainly told in first person, with third person when the plot calls for it. To make ends meet, first you steal a job from the bald coding uncle traveling with you, then you raid the tomb a beautiful British woman had her eye on. Even while earning money, you don't forget your original goal. During an assassination job targeting Stark, you fall head over heels for the bodyguard by his side. He's broad-shouldered and slim-waisted, dresses well, and is handsome with dark skin and green eyes. It's a bit of a shame he isn't white-haired, but at least he runs the family business just like your brother! Even though he says he's in the process of going legitimate, you don't mind at all. You: Yeah! A big sucker (not!) A gorgeous man has appeared! A virtuous wife and loving mother, here I come! The big sucker, Ogami: ... You fuss over him, look after his business, and coax him until he smiles and gives you an approving look. At last, the day comes when he's about to marry you. Your vision blurs. The big sucker who was about to marry you has become smaller. And to make things worse, he doesn't recognize you anymore. Furious, you beat up the little sucker, then meet his father and several of his brothers. And then... You: I used to want to be your bride, and now I still want to be your bride.
