Top-Tier Idol Group (Entertainment Circle)

[Completed, please leave a five-star review! Mwah!]

FTM is an experimental boy band created by Shengyao Media. After the chief planner picked the lineup on a whim, they hastily debuted and were dubbed “the biggest amateur operation in history.”

FTM never quite took off after their debut.

That is, until a variety show, when Fu Fei, the youngest member, slipped and fell during a relay race.

The five of them were lined up, and Fu Fei’s fall knocked over the members in front of him one after another: Tan Junwen, Tang Che, Fang Yinnian, and Mo Xun.

Like dominoes, all five toppled in a row, crashing to the floor together. The instigator, Fu Fei, responded by pulling a perfect “I’m falling apart” meme face on camera.

Netizens laughed them straight onto the trending charts.

FTM’s popularity shot up right along with them.

Sharp-eyed gossip fans noticed that, at the moment they fell, lead vocalist Fang Yinnian had landed right in the arms of team leader Mo Xun.

Their perfect height and skin-tone contrast made the image of them holding each other’s gaze look unexpectedly harmonious?

The “Rubik’s Cube World” CP supertopic quietly sprang into existence.

Dance leader and team captain × visual and lead vocalist. So good. This one might actually be real~

…

Everyone initially thought FTM was going for a funny, infamously bad image.

Then, to everyone’s surprise

Lead vocalist Fang Yinnian had a three-octave range and could sing incredibly difficult songs, tossing off high notes like it was nothing?

Team leader Mo Xun had studied dance since childhood, could captivate the whole room with his dancing, and had even won a prize at an international competition?

Rapper Tan Junwen could rap in both Chinese and English like a pro, Tang Che could play more instruments than anyone could count, and troublemaker Fu Fei was an all-rounder who had ranked first in every trainee evaluation.

Wait, you’re not a comedy boy band?

You’re a top-tier powerhouse group!

…

Five boys with very different personalities unexpectedly come together to form a boy band. From an obscure, barely known group ranked in the industry’s lowest tier, they become a powerhouse known in every household. From initial rejection and unfamiliarity, they grow into a family who trust and depend on one another, moving forward side by side.

In a world full of turmoil, I’ll be the one you can always count on.

1. Mo Xun × Fang Yinnian: dance leader and team captain × visual and lead vocalist. A cool, handsome dance king who takes responsibility and stands by his team × a talented vocalist who seems gentle but is strong on the inside.

2. The characters and group are fictional and are not based on anyone. Please don’t associate them with real-life celebrities. Whoever you ship them with will end up in trouble~

3. This is not a world where same-sex marriage is legal; the setting is close to reality. The entertainment industry is complicated, so this won’t be mindless wish fulfillment, and there will be a few bumps along the way. But the author loves her characters, so the ending will definitely be HE, and the later parts will be super sweet and satisfying~

4. The author is very busy and not in the best health, so I can’t keep an eye on the comments every day. If you see real-life celebrity names or people arguing in endless comment chains, please help report them. Enjoy the story, and thank you.

5. I’ll try to update daily. If I can’t, I’ll let you know.

So…

Come witness all five members debut together and accompany them as they make their way to the top!
