Lu Shounan thought it was some elaborate scheme. As a straight man who couldn’t stand gay people, he resisted with a will of steel.

But his opponent was far too skilled. He was reeled in until he’d lost all sense of direction, and after a lot of inner turmoil, he decided to give in.

The day he made his decision, he scrolled through the thousands upon thousands of greetings in his messages, imagining how excited the other man would be. He couldn’t help tearing up himself.

Then, right at noon, he received a message from the other man. Two messages, to be exact.

“Hello. Please do not reply. Thank you.”

“Good afternoon ^~^ Brother Shounan, do your best today too!”

Bonus Scene

After they got together, Lu Shounan figured out how to deal with Cheng Gui.

That night, Cheng Gui changed into his pajamas and said with polite refinement, “I’ve only set aside half an hour. Please finish within that time. Thank you.”

Lu Shounan: “Understood.”

Half an hour later

Lu Shounan smiled. “Should we stop now?”

Cheng Gui: “...”
