Second version of the blurb:
Age zero: Born in the chaotic Middle East, Lucia is adopted at birth by an assassin from the League of Assassins because of her unusual bloodline, and raised in an orphanage. For someone with innate knowledge, life before the age of three is incredibly boring.
Age three: Her assassin foster father, who always sent her living expenses on time, dies unexpectedly. Before his death, he hires Deathstroke as her temporary guardian. After Deathstroke takes Lucia out of the orphanage, she spends a few days living as a mercenary before realizing, after much soul-searching, just how important a peaceful life is. So she deliberately stages an accident with Tony Stark, the richest man in New York, and uses her exceptional talent and tragic background to get adopted.
Tony Stark can't exactly be called a qualified parent, and Lucia certainly isn't a model child. Their equally arrogant personalities mean they argue all the time.
Age ten: Tony goes on a space patrol and can't make it back, missing Lucia's birthday party. Though Lucia doesn't care about birthdays, for some reason she gets really angry that day, so she joins Hydra.
That same year, Lucia, who's known since birth that her paternal bloodline comes from Bruce Wayne, suddenly gets the idea to go to Gotham. One night, she deliberately lets Robin rescue her. Batman is willing to bring his adopted son along on vigilante work, but Tony refuses to let her take part. Lucia, who's always volatile, takes her anger out on Robin, cuts her trip to Gotham short, and leaves the city.
Age twelve: While on a study trip in Ethiopia, Lucia witnesses the fall of the Boy Wonder. That same year, she meets the green-haired madman who single-handedly put every clown in the country out of work. After returning home, Lucia brings along some mercenaries and digs up Robin's grave in the dead of night. Under the influence of the Nightmare Cradle, she gets a Robin of her own.
Age sixteen: Lucia confirms her blood relationship with Gotham's richest man, Bruce Wayne. After yet another argument with Tony over their differences in opinion, the sixteen-year-old runs away from home and heads to Gotham. For her studies, she becomes an intern psychologist at Arkham. She soon quits because of Arkham's demanding workload, leaving Gotham in public while secretly joining the Court of Owls.
Age seventeen: With the Court's help, Lucia meets Lex Luthor.
Age nineteen: A vigilante antihero named Red Hood appears in Gotham.
Age twenty: The story begins in earnest.
Please note before reading: 1. The heroine is not human, nor is she kind and virtuous, and she won't become a superhero. She really does join an organization of supervillains, though in the end her adoptive fathers will definitely team up to teach her a lesson, so don't worry about that.
She has her own reasons for joining the supervillain organization, and won't actually take part in its plans to destroy humanity or anything like that.
2. OOC warning. These are my own interpretations. All the worldbuilding and timelines serve the plot, and no guarantees are made about following the original story.
Theme: A loving family
